For a fan project Night Patrol Rules has no right being THIS GOOD????? The art is super pretty, the plot and suspense are both fantastic. My only complaint is that during some of the point and click investigation sections some of the things you have to click on to proceed are SUPER tiny so I spent a good few minutes stumbling around wondering how to proceed. Could just be me being blind af tho;; Can't wait for the next update!!!!!!!!2 found this helpful
Night Patrol Rules is a free-to-play supernatural visual novel developed and published by Te.Sa that successfully combines mystery, suspense, and character-driven storytelling into an engaging narrative experience. Although it draws inspiration from the virtual idol group PLAVE, the game stands firmly on its own with an original plot that requires no prior knowledge of the source material. Instead of relying on fan appeal alone, it creates a chilling school mystery filled with unexplained events, urban legends, and supernatural encounters that gradually unfold as players explore its carefully crafted world. The result is a surprisingly polished adventure that emphasizes atmosphere and storytelling over flashy mechanics. The story centers on an abandoned arts building where students are warned never to remain after seven o'clock in the evening. According to local rumors, restoring electricity to the building awakens a mysterious figure known as the Never-Seen Patroller, a silent entity connected to the disappearances of anyone unfortunate enough to cross its path. This unsettling premise immediately establishes an eerie tone that remains consistent throughout the adventure. Rather …
OMG I reallly had an amazing time playing your game, as a long time PLLI! Everything from the atmosphere and environment to the artwork and sound design was put together with so much care. As someone who's easily scared, I really appreciated that the game relies more on its atmosphere, sound effects, animations, and environmental storytelling rather than frequent graphic horror. It made the experience much more enjoyable for me while still keeping the tension throughout the game. It's especially impressive knowing that this was created by a small, non-profit development team. The amount of polish and passion that went into the game really shows. I also loved how each character has such a distinct personality, expressed naturally through their dialogue and interactions and even for non-fan, it's easy to pick up their personalities. The multiple routes and endings kept me invested from beginning to end, and uncovering every possibility was incredibly satisfying. I managed to achieve 100% completion and unlock every Steam achievement, but I still want to start over and experience everything again because it was just that enjoyable. 😊 Thank you so much for creating this wonderful g…
love the artstyle and PLAVE!! could be scarier though, but it's all okay^^
What a treat for PLLIs to enjoy playing with our favorite boys in a horror style point and click game! Thank you so much for the English patch so that I can play the game (because no way is my level of Chinese good enough to play this in the original language...). The graphics and art are SO nice and the fact that it is free is truly a testament of how much the creator loves PLAVE to let us all enjoy it. There's some small bugs here and there but overall very streamline. I still can't get the final achievement because it's bugged but otherwise got all the (gruesome) endings and achievements. I hope to see more chapters added in the future but considering it's a small team with a labor of love, I'm sure it will take some time. I hope you guys don't give up on this game!
FINALLY! FINALLY ITS HERE!! i started playing this as soon as the English release is out. I played this while streaming for my friends since it was more fun to play it together that way. The whole experience was exhilarating. We liked the plot, it's good and got us hooked and intrigued. We are so looking forward to the next continuation! Please come soon 😭 Respect to the creators! Thank you so much for your hard work and service for this fandom!
