Odd||Even is a convoluted maths/numbers "game" where you type in integer values to make the sum of those numbers (or various other mathematical operations on those numbers) add up to some target values... and that's all there is to this simple premise with a convoluted and godawfully bad implementation. There's a tutorial but it's incomprehensible as the developer basically didn't bother (but he wants your money, and a lot of it). You can eventually work out how to play, so you can see a green tick appear... it's absolutely a complete waste of time and money. You might as well play around with a calculator, or Microsoft Excel. Heck, Excel had a flight simulator in it, so it already qualified as a better game than this garbage. From a technical perspective, the game doesn't meet basic minimum requirements that most PC gamers expect as standard. There's no option to change the resolution and no useful graphics tweaks. There's no way to ensure this is running at the native resolution of your display. There's no guarantee this game will look right on any PC as a result of this hamfisted design decision. The game interface is mostly just text boxes/dialogs and features mostly …

Odd||Even, developed and published by kylix studio, is a logic-driven puzzle game built around a deceptively simple mathematical concept: parity. Instead of relying on visual tricks, physics-based interactions, or narrative hooks, the game centers entirely on numbers and their relationships. Its design philosophy is minimalistic and cerebral, clearly targeting players who enjoy structured deduction and mathematical reasoning. At its heart, Odd||Even is less about flashy presentation and more about engaging the mind through carefully constructed numerical challenges. The core gameplay revolves around placing integers within defined grids or layouts while adhering to parity-based constraints. Players must consider whether numbers are odd or even and how those values interact with adjacent positions or overarching rules. The puzzles often resemble logic-grid challenges, where the solution requires analyzing constraints and eliminating impossibilities rather than guessing. Success depends on methodical reasoning, pattern recognition, and a clear understanding of how parity influences placement. Unlike many mainstream puzzle titles that gradually introduce mechanics through narrative f…

This game is like I died and went to hell, but hell is just my grade 10 math class and im forced to do math with no rubric or instructions on how to solve the problems genuinely awful experience

This game is intensely obtuse, and for some reason heats my comp up more than vastly more complex and graphically intensive games. I don't know how to play because the instructions are so deeply unclear at all times.
