I like the concept. But it's not executed very well at all. Bugs: - When I Right Click, it will use the right click OUTSIDE of the active window. Maybe this is a "me" issue, maybe this is an actual bug for the game, but it makes quick actions impossible. - Quests in multiplayer mode are not completing. - Sometimes the nearby item icons don't show up. Feedback: Exploration - Exploration is okay, but really only used for finding the crafting items. Costume pieces is not really enough. I would recommend more collectibles (ex: the bobble heads from Fallout, could be different types of rubber ducks!), and interactable objects and NPCs, or discoverable staged scenes. Yknow, fun stuff! - Parkour is difficult when colliding with certain objects makes you slide instead of simply stop. Really don't like the sliding. - You can't interact with or pet other cats :( or the crows either. - There's no constant quest objective option. You have to actually open your journal to see any active quests. - There's no indicator on the map to point to other players. You have to actually open the map to see other players' icons. Tutorials - There's no real "guided" tutorial, just tooltips on the …

I kind of recommend this, but with a very big note attached to it. So many things about this game are amazing. The graphics are great, the atmosphere is spooky, being a cat is great, and I love that there is an underlying story going on. BUUUUTTTT there a some mechanics, specifically in the dungeons, that make the game more frustrating than fun, especially if dare to try playing on solo. There were way too many tasks given to me to try and do all at once while also trying not to get killed that it felt very overwhelming, especially for the demons and witches. Those abilities changing every few seconds are near impossible to notice by yourself, and it felt like way too much. I do wish the dungeons were simplified, as that is one of the biggest mechanics of the game and personally the spot I found the game to be too confusing and definitely NOT made for one person. It might be more manageable with a group. Other than that, the game has some really fun things going for it. If you have friends and think you are up for a challenge, this game could be really fun for you!

On Dark Terms is a cute and unique game with a lot of charm. However, there are several spots where you can get stuck on the map and small bugs that can pull you out of the experience. These issues detract a bit from how special the game feels. The devs have been transparent about their challenges as a small team, which is commendable. While I understand the excitement of starting new projects, it might be worth focusing on polishing this gem first. With some fixes, this game could truly shine, and I look forward to seeing how it evolves!"

The whole concept of this game is cool, but the way they execute giving the information you need to you is poor. It's in the form of paragraph-long descriptions of 4 different types of one thing and you have to remember all of that and then you have to remember how to actually play the game with becoming the cat and other things. There's several mechanics like Flash Hunts, Hallucinations and the event with your corruption bar that you also need to pay attention to although you have never experienced any of it before and obviously you die very quickly and suddenly your friends have to figure out the mechanics without you and you don't end up learning anything because you cannot help your friends figure it out... its just all a mess. I do like the game, but it's a real information overload and I would only reccomend it to someone once the information is delivered in a less scattered and paragraph long way. I do feel like at the moment the only thing the game has got going for itself is the cat feature.
