Operation Marakudja is an unusual first-person shooter that takes the familiar structure of competitive arena combat and builds it around a deliberately absurd objective: gathering valuable Marakudja fruits while preventing opponents from doing the same. Developed and published by Hunt Games, the game favors colorful arcade action over military realism, presenting a world where distinctive characters, strange objectives, and fast confrontations are more important than authentic warfare. Its playful personality immediately separates it from more conventional shooters, and the decision to make fruit collection an essential part of victory gives its matches an amusing identity of their own. The core experience combines shooting with resource collection. Players enter different environments, search for Marakudja, collect useful items, and fight competitors who are pursuing the same resources. Characters have their own weapons and characteristics, giving players some freedom to discover a combat style that suits them. What makes the system more interesting than an ordinary deathmatch is that defeating another player can have consequences beyond simply scoring an elimination. Collected …2 found this helpful
Note: Dead PvP game This game contains no meaningful single player content. There's no viably populated servers/active player population. This game cannot be played as intended.

Warning: Asset Flip! "Operation Marakudja" is one of literally thousands of creatively bankrupt asset flips/kitbashes infesting Steam and lowering the average quality of all video games everywhere.
"Operation Marakudja" is a basic asset flip, kitbashed out of a bunch of someone else's game assets all thrown in a blender. This is creatively bankrupt stuff, effectively plagiarism, and it's bad for everyone. It's a collection of mismatched Unreal Marketplace assets dropped on a lazy first person arena shooter blueprint.... and yeah, that's all the developer tried to do to attract gamers. Well, apart from paying a Russian review farm for fake reviews. I feel bad for the genuine amateur developers who have to compete with this garbage. While there's no up front price for this asset flip, the other problem with asset flips is that when developers aren't capable of doing their job and creating high quality ass…
Glitchy at times, graphically goofy, controller axis inverted with no setting to change it, no players so all bots ,but if you bring some Homies you'll have a good laugh with the boys before you and the boys go to bed with each other, [7/10 Good]
Not worth your time at the moment seems to be very glitchy also. No lobbies either at time of playing.
I'm currently doing a challenge to play through a free game in every single category on steam. I then give an honest review using ChatGPT.
Game: 11 / 447 Category: Action Do Not Recommend - Frustration Simulator 2024 If I could rate the tutorial alone, it’d get a solid 1/10—only because I couldn’t actually finish it. I booted up the game excited for some action, only to get stuck in the tutorial right out of the gate. I followed the instructions, threw a bomb as directed... and ended up blowing myself up. No big deal, right? I expected to respawn, maybe dust myself off, and get back to it. But no, the game respawned me at the very start—unable to move, again. Rinse and repeat. Restarting didn’t fix it. Verified the game files; still nothing. I’ve spent more time trying to fix this than playing the actual game. Maybe there’s a good game beyond the tutorial, but I’ll never know because I’m eternally trapped in purgatory, watching my character breathe but unable to actually play. 10/10 would rather watch paint dry.
