About Paradise's Secrets

Paradise's Secrets is a horror game developed with Unreal Engine 5. With its impressive and gripping story, every moment will be full and scary. You will feel everything that happens in your bones as you learn the secret of Paradise company.

Contrary to popular belief, the Paradise company is not innocent, it is up to you to reveal the secret of the Paradise company, but it will not be easy because the traces of the past remain forever and these traces can affect you as much as they did when you learn the secrets. When you learn all the secrets, nothing may be as you think.

Average completion time for the game: 240 minutes
Welcome to Paradise Company; we are delighted to see you here. By working with Paradise, you can save people around the world. All you need to do is join our Frightened team, which helps us capture malevolent spirits and prevent them from harming people. Remember, Paradise is a global company that strives to make the world a better place :)

To find your way in the dark, you need to use the flash of the camera where your memories are buried to illuminate your path and continue. However, you must use the flash at the right moments because it has a limited duration, and if you can't manage the timing, bad things can happen.

You will be present in multiple locations to learn about the purpose and secrets of the Paradise Company. All these locations are independent, carefully chosen places for you to uncover the company's secrets. While uncovering these secrets, you must also experience all the pain and fear that has occurred there, but in the end, you will confront the absolute truth. Remember, you must always bear the pain of the damaged lives left unfinished.

"Pretty sure I destroyed a microphone and blew out a lung screaming the word child" - voice actress of one of the monsters, probably Okay, so I wanna preface this by saying that the developer has potential, this story was obviously something they worked very hard to bring to life, and there're a lot of ambitious concepts here. Here's the problem: This game has a mountain of issues. With a litany of reused assets and a largely tropey story featuring a collection of various, unrelated monsters (and it's not a matter of variety, it's a matter of they're so fundamentally different that it feels like they were chosen nearly at random - there's not enough metaphor here to justify 'em), Paradise's Secrets seems almost congratulatory of simply rushing out a largely unfinished, buggy game. The voice acting doesn't usually match up to the characters, the lines are often repeated en masse, the AI targeting feels uneven and a little odd, and the animations are also jumbled. You have a goat demon who crawls towards you as soon as he spots you and simply kicks you over as if that's supposed to be terrifying. I think there was a distinct disconnect between the writing and the actual product…

I WANT TO TOUCH THE LASAGNA! lol I found Paradise's Secrets to be a nice creepy atmospheric horror walking sim with a linear but captivating story/gameplay. I am pleased with changes they made since the demo and enjoyed exploring the sinister events of the Paradise Company. While I did encounter a few bugs, one that required me to reload from recent checkpoint, I do applaud the devs for being very receptive to feedback and eager to work on any issues! Minor screen tearing, but adjustments to settings helped remedy that. I would like to see more interactions in the game, maybe some silly hidden achievements (ie, blowing out all of the candles, touching the lasagna, etc lol) Overall, -Visually, I found the environmental designs and graphic quality of the game very good. -The story was understandable and compelling enough. -The pacing in the laboratory dragged with no interactions and forced to walk, though the game soon picks up speed. -Tension and jumpscares were effective. If you enjoy first person atmospheric horror games, this is worth a play through!

Paradise's Secret took me by surprise in the best way possible. It's a chilling, atmospheric horror experience that slowly pulls you into its mysterious world. The sound design is absolutely top-notch, and the eerie environments kept me on edge throughout the whole playthrough. The story unfolds gradually, with just enough clues to keep you curious without giving too much away. I especially liked how the game doesn't rely on cheap jumpscares; instead, it builds tension naturally and delivers genuine psychological horror. If you're into horror with a strong atmosphere and unsettling storytelling, Paradise's Secret is definitely worth playing. Can't wait to see what the developers do next!

I usually don't like posting negative reviews for indie games, but something about all of the glowingly positive reviews that read as very...uh..."generated" makes me feel like I should put my two cents in. I had to stop about 15 minutes into playing this game because of a whole bunch of issues that would have made it a slog to force my way through instead of just a "meh, it was fine" experience. I should say that, fishy positive reviews or not, the developer clearly has big ambitions, and I hope they are able to match them down the road. I could understand what they were going for, and had they been successful, it would have been right up my alley. My problems come almost entirely from the actual gameplay/design which is clunky, to say the very least. First of all, it's just filled with community assets. I've seen the locations a dozen times before. Then when you pair that with movement that made me feel like my character was drunk with every step, unnatural jerky movements, the fact that you "plop" down the stairs one stair at a time instead of moving like a normal human, and that was enough to make me nope out. The game looks gorgeous (which is somewhat easy considering …

Wow what poo poo this game is. Jitters so much cause it's so unoptimized. The voice acting makes me laugh at the monster chasing me rather than being scared. Wouldn't play it if it was free. Also, what's up with the high heels sound for walking?
