About Piworld

What should you expect from this game.
What should you expect from this game.
- All you have at the beginning is nothing. That becomes the main goal of surviving in Piworld, which is to get everything. Spending time in this game, a person can be fully confident that the time spent will not be in vain. Even without looking at a complete map update, the character's progress will be preserved. This is what makes the game unique.
- The most expensive, the most valuable, the most - the most - presumably the coolest thing you can boast in this game - yourself! Yes, to improve your character, in this game is allocated a whole story. Upgrade absolutely every skill from weapon damage to sowing crops. Alchemy, sorcery, and other mystical elements will be added to the game as the ‘story’ develops.
- Have you seen a multiplayer survival game anywhere, and even in pixel style? We haven't either. So, inspired by some similar games (yes, we know we are similar to a few of them), we have created a new story where we invite absolutely everyone to try a new style of survival in a 2D world.
- Forgotten territories, powerful bosses, battles with players, clans, houses, equipment upgrades, wings - all this and more will be waiting for you in the game. Give us just a little bit of time and we will surprise you.
- We read absolutely every feedback and listen to it. The balance of weapons, armor, territories, mobs - all of this happens at the development stage! We spend a lot of time on this so that in the future, 1 skeleton can destroy half of the clan. Ha ha ha.
- Guilds and groups. This system is familiar to you from other co-operative and multiplayer games, because it is not always very interesting to play alone. You can add a friend directly in the game, and being on the same server, you can easily see where your friend is.
- Cooking food has never been so interesting! Frying a piece of meat, it will give maximum characteristics only in the first 10 minutes after cooking. So what, cooled meat is also edible, but not as tasty.
- Offerings to statues and 12 ghosts. This will be available inside the game.
- Improve your home, modernize your buildings, upgrade the interior of your habitat, and get the most out of this game. Home defense is also present!

Game looks nothing like in the screen shots and video. It is in no way shape or form an EA game. It is exactly on point with a prototype game or quick demo, because the only thing this game allows you to do is to craft a couple items, walk around aimlessly, with difficulty at that, due to the terrible mechanics, and you cant enter houses at all. You cant do any of the following: talk to anyone, buy things, make a home, farm, kill anything, or interact with most anything that isnt a tree or rock or bush. The lag is terrible and the controls are wonky. When you walk you can only walk in a certain way...or you bump into the edge of a sidewalk. Its just not good. Gamepad support would be ideal. Game needs at least another 3 years to be ready for EA. Hence, why the negative reviews are so abundant here.4 found this helpful
General Impressions
Obviously very early in development, but from my extremely limited playtime, my experience was similar to that of a grassroots Minecraft Towny Server that's within the same continent, but in a different country. Interface-wise, you can consider it to be like a Stardew Valley/Core Keeper in that you can only use tools within a vertical/horizontal state, and your main menu has your crafting/inventory/options/everything else tab in there. I got stuck on the early stages where I had to cut some trees down. I tried traversing across biomes and found some palm trees that I was unable to cut down. Walking as-is in my experience was a slog. There was a variable 150-200ms latency with a slight input lag with jumping. Jumping lets you travel further, but you can only do that every once in a while. There are some objects that prevent you from moving in the direction you want to head to, (in my case, the bushes), so you have to move like a robot to optimize your pathfinding. I came across some lovely buildings along the way, but in a common Towny server experience, I was the tumbleweed in an otherwise lush and exhuberant society. As others have positively revi…3 found this helpful
had high hopes for this but its clearly dead and there's not much being done with the game right now, quite disappointing tbh, i thought this game had a lot of potential2 found this helpful
Really not worth the time now to play for enjoyment. Way too many bugs, sprite tiles aren't even the right layer here and there. Constant laggspikes. Resources are way to scares, ore and stone are on hills spawned where you can't get to. Jump has a weird bug as looking kind of a leap forward while moving. ( Kinda used this as a sprint but felt really bad ) And other misc. problems, a bit too many to write it all down here. If you're looking to have fun, I dont recommend it. If you're looking to help the dev team by testing out and contacting them, then it might be for you.1 found this helpful
