The Floor Is Lava\
You can only walk safely on the wooden planks you’ve laid down. To reach all the monkeys, you'll have to design and build a series of structures, starting from simple ones to more and more complex ones. Step by step you'll master the art of building.

Use the power of magical marbles to awaken additional monkey buddies and expand your growing circle of friends. Grateful for bringing them to life, the eager monkeys on your team will help you build paths, bridges, houses, and more.

I really love the vibe and idea here. Sadly in it's current state the game is a buggy mess that does not manage to execute on it's core premise. It feels more like an early access title. The two deal breakers: 1. Saving is kinda bugged, sometimes just wiping your file. 2. Monkey AI is completely unable to deal with the complexity of the game. They get stuck frequently, can't traverse paths both ways, pile into random corner while carrying planks, don't "see" full stockpiles and so on and so forth. And in addition to this, there is a bunch of additional janky stuff. I'd say all of these feel fixable, but there has been no updates of any size since release. Maybe there will be some later, and this turns into a lovely unique building game. You never know. But for now, I really can't recommend it.8 found this helpful
The game is super cute, and I wish it was made more robustly, but as it stands, it's not good enough for me to recommend. During my 45 minutes of gameplay, I managed to soft-lock twice, loosing my save-game both times, meaning I had to start from scratch even though I had 15-20 minutes of progress. In addition the AI for the monkeys is not robust enough, they struggled with my small save, and I can't imagine them holding up to bigger stuff. Lastly, and this is my personal opinion; the controlls are too floaty, making it difficult to stay on the narrow paths you often end up making, as you have a tendency to "slide off" the edge of them.3 found this helpful

A really cute game with a surprising amount of polish.
A super relaxing, cozy game. I love how quickly the game opens up, letting you explore the whole world at your own pace and in any order you want.
Ultra cozy vibes and atmosphere. Definitely reminded me of my childhood. Would recommend to everybody who likes relaxing sandbox adventures.
