About Porter in the Castle
Feel like a porter in a medieval castle.
The player needs to think about the correct order of delivery of objects, because they will interfere, then delivery of other objects, everything is not as simple as it seems at first glance. This is a puzzle game.
The game is a 2D platformer with unusual mechanics of delivering things to the place. You cannot kill anyone in the game. It's more about exploration and fun. We pick up things and carry them to their places.
Due to the fact that things have different shapes and sizes, you will have to puzzle over how to deliver this or that thing to the place on time.
Different things fall out of the window of the house, you need to pick them up and carry them to the castle, placing them in places marked in green. If you do not have time to quickly bring the thing to the place, it will disappear and you will have to carry it again.
For each thing delivered, you receive a reward.
As soon as all the things are placed, you will win the game and get speed points on the leaderboard.
You can control the player on the keyboard buttons and pick up, throw items on the left mouse button.

From the legendary maker of "Berries Challenge" and "Temple with traps" comes "Porter in the Castle", already a true masterpiece! Oh dear, it's that "developer" again. My dude, you can hide behind a different name all you want, one look at the code and it's becoming glaringly obvious who made this crap. As before, dead code and assets everywhere, greatly inflating the game's install size, not to mention all three platform's versions are in the same download. Again. It's like they always use the same Unity project and just tack on stuff. In fact I'm pretty sure that's exactly what's going on here. As is custom with this "developer" there's not much resembling a game here. You play as a porter having to bring six objects into a castle. They only fit at specific spots and putting them into the right place causes them to become obstacles so you need to bring them in the right order. That's it. That's the whole game loop. The presentation is less than fantastic (and quite a step down from "Berries Challenge"). There's no animation so the player character just slides around motionless. There is, however, a random explosion playing over and over again. Explosions are always good…46 found this helpful
It's merely a game.. you pick things up, you drop things at certain location on different elevation :o Ain't worth its price, wouldn't be worth 1$. I guess it's alright if you get this game at 50c and you are an achievement hunter. Otherwise stay clear from this.18 found this helpful
I preface this by saying I did not pay full price, nor will I ever for these games. I grabbed this is one of their bundles and spent maybe a dollar US for this and another Hede game. I enjoy most of these as a cheap, relatively quick time killer. This one, however, was one of the most infuriating ones they've released. Even if you can grab it insanely discounted, don't waste your time. The hundo is not worth the irritation.18 found this helpful
Porter in the Castle is an horrible 2D puzzle-platformer. If you ever make a platformer, make sure your character can jump without the need to move and make sure that those nice stone bricks don't act like ice. That was a painful 20 minutes of trying to navigate to the top of the castle... Overall, excruciatingly painful controls and $200 for a 5-20 minutes game depending on luck or 'skill'. Hard pass.4 found this helpful
Garbage asset flip. Obnoxious & horrendously glitchy moving mechanics. Absolute and utter garbage. Im on a quest of at least trying every game in my library, of which I got plenty from all kinds of bundles, not all though.
Warning: Asset Flip! "Porter in the Castle" is a Digital Homicide style asset flip, or what Valve calls a "Fake Game". The "developer" paid for/pirated a few Unity asset store assets, dumped them all in a blender, and submitted it to Valve as if they're real game developers.
Two notable criteria for what makes an asset flip instead of legitimate use of stock assets are whether those assets comprise the majority of the game, and whether the "developer" properly credited the people who created most of the assets in the game. This game fails both of those tests. The "developers" here didn't credit any of the artists and real, actual game developers who created the assets here, so this is plagiarism, as well as cash grab shovelware. In this case, the asset flipper took a bunch of "pixel" assets from Unity and a bunch of other places to make an incredibly lazy "platformer"... Hede was so lazy and intellectually bankrupt on this he didn't even bother stealing sprites with animations. There's no animation. On a platformer. The guy is just a static 2D image. It has no value or merit as a real game. An important no…3 found this helpful
