It’s a top-down shooter with no guns and no graphic violence. Suitable for all! Use the arrow keys (or ASDW) and your mouse to fight monsters, solve puzzles, and even travel through space.
THE INVASION
When swarms of bizarre and dangerous gigantic mosquitoes invade the Earth, it is up to you to defeat the extremely harmful monsters with your best weapon - a football!
THE FOOTBALL
Thankfully, you are equipped with a quantum football - you can throw it, and immediately it reappears in your hands ready to be thrown again.
OVER 30 LEVELS
Battle maniacal mosquitoes, killer butterflies, and a terrifying array of mutant ticks, cockroaches, tardigrades, and waterbugs. Then, embark on a journey into outer space, to find the source of the attack on Earth. Battle spaceships, aliens, and robots.
BONUS LEVEL
If you succeed in completing the mission levels, you will unlock an Endless Mode where you can find special items and power-ups to stay alive as long as you can while trying to improve your High Score.
MUSIC
Enjoy thirty-eight original musical themes as you play.

PUFIWEHO or "Protecting Us From Incredibly Worrisome Extremely Hostile Oddities" is a 2D retro top down twin-stick wave survival shooter that's been slapped together with the godawful GameMaker Studio video game construction kit from Yoyogames. It's a very basic shooter with an American Gridiron skin on it, where you fight alien bugs or something, it's hard to tell because the graphics are bad. Gridiron skins are not what was needed to revive the dead 2D top down wave survival shooter genre, unfortunately. GameMaker Studio is a very poor quality game construction kit, and unsurprisingly results in products that have little to no value as games, especially when compared to the work of professional developers who create genuine products for gamers. Using a video game construction kit requires little to no talent or skill as a game developer. Very often, GameMaker Studio is used to make shovelware and lazy cash grabs. Like most GameMaker Studio construction kit "games", this features lazy 2D retro pixel "art", instead of professionally done, contemporary PC graphics. An addicting game for the whole family. Fun and easy to play. The game goal is simple - you need to destroy insects. The game has 30 levels, after passing which your will have something new. I hope that the developer will add even more levels and it will be more interesting.3 found this helpful

Highly addictive post apocalyptic "shooter". For those who enjoy a challenging and addictive game, this is it for you. Take your time with it, revisit certain levels, but understand that each level has a slightly different strategy to it in order to succeed. I feel like the game is just weird for the sake of being weird. Also, it's not fun.
