Not for $9.99, Heatwave is $2 more and offers more variety and consistency while both using AI. I haven't found out how to get every CG, but part of what I've noticed is multiple ones aren't even finished since they don't have proper backgrounds just white backgrounds with boxes. "Up against a tree", no it's a white box. "against the cop car" it's a white box. Some have backgrounds, some don't. Given it's AI, you'd expect they could at least provide the background too. And one background has a cop car with utter gibberish on it (because AI for some reason still can't do text well). There's one instance in the game where you can skip going into the woods and if you do it acts like you still went there anyway. It doesn't account for that well. The length isn't a lot, even though I can't figure out the combination to get all the CGs. The CGs are wildly inconsistent. Trailer uses AI animation, but the game doesn't at all which I assumed but think it should be noted given it's $10 for what is basically like 10-15 minutes of most of the story (the rest of my playtime is trying to figure out how to get the rest of the CGs. I can't imagine any of the missing CG are worth the asking …14 found this helpful
Defenitely not worth for 10 euro. In comparison, another high quality game release recently "Heatwave: Sam's day" is only 12 euro. Only the trailer has a short animation. Through my 10 min of game play, there are only few end-game CGs. No voices at all, only texts. The game is also very short: after around 7 dialog options, you will reach the end. I only unlock few endings. But the game is so boring and there are so much repetion that I do not have interests to unlock other endings. In summary, if the price were 3 euro, I may give another review. But for 10 euro, it is not OK.7 found this helpful
