Amazing how many fake reviews there are for this game saying how great it is. It is extremely boring and riddled with so much inane dialogue that you end up just clicking through all of it as quickly as possible in the hope of something interesting FINALLY popping up. FYI, that doesn't ever happen. There is very little worth even trying to play out for the sparse gay scenes that might finally be found, and most are just spoken to with zero visuals. There is definitely a reason it is so cheap and I am thankful that I bought it when it was on sale. But honestly, I would like my $10 bucks refunded because it truly is that freaking boring.4 found this helpful
Coming Out on Top is a queer NSFW dating sim where you play as a newly-out gay college student romancing various men. The routes are lackluster, with the main focus of the game being on the erotic scenes and little else. The humor is of its time, swaying between quirky and cringy, though there were some random moments that made me laugh, especially regarding the pet fish. Some of the jokes have not aged well and border on racist. There's a variety of men to choose from, especially when factoring in the bonus dates, and many CGs to collect. There just isn't much substance to this game outside of the sex scenes, which are often short and uninspired. I enjoyed collecting the art and achievements, but unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend this game to anyone looking for more than erotic stills of thick, naked men.2 found this helpful
Fun game cute story!
Definitely one of the best adult dialogue tree games.
