About Realmstone

Join the world of Realmstone as a Noble House and send your heroes forth to claim glory and resources, have them defend your city from enemies and hire servants to help your House thrive. Explore a living world in a constant state of strife and danger.

Realmstone is an action RPG inspired by games like Moonstone, Golden Axe, Magic: the Gathering and Master of Magic. Realmstone revolves around loot and levels, capturing cities, ridding the countryside of monsters and killing other players.
The game has been in on and off development for a very long time and was previously released on Desura where it found a small but active community that has greatly influenced the gameplay.

Current features include:
- Quests.
- Multiplayer with 50 player server capacity and private server options.
- Raiding monsters.
- Caravans.
- Cities that can be captured by both monsters and players.
- 6 different factions.
- Cross faction coop play.
- Crafting.
- Customization tools to allow players to balance abilities and creatures.

There's a lot of potential in this game, I owned it back when Desura was a thing and since then have been daydreaming that it would come back on some digital store, only to find it here on Steam in Early Access! There aren't any other games quite like this, and I am at a loss at how to describe the game, 2.5 hack-and-slash / brawl? With an overworld to explore, a house/guild to upgrade and units to recruit, defend the city from raids and go explore POIs that spawn throughout the overworld/world map, you have wandering enemies and raid groups that you can find. I'm still very early in the game as I was when I played it on Desura, so I'll update this as I go along - but if you're after something new, this is definitely something to support. Also includes the ability to host servers or play singleplayer.
