9/10 This is a very good little horror game. I loved it. It is only a one-location game though, and just as you get good at it, it's over. Shame there isn't more.3 found this helpful
Reficul is a game in which the world is ending/going through an apocalypse and you’re a survivor(from what I can tell). As the game describes it “As darkness descends upon the world. all contact is lost. Set in a small town in North America, will you survive the dark new world? Prepare for a challenging and unique enemy, realistic weapon handling, powerful magical relics, perma-death, and lots of eerie VR fun in this open world VR apocalypse game. The game will test your survival skills in every way, how you handle a weapon, limited inventory, observation and you really have to do some work to survive!”. Reficul boasts quite a creepy environment – with a gloomy ambiance and monsters that make some growling noises. Even as a VR veteran, it did cause a bit of “eegh” that most horror games do accomplish and put “scary movies” to shame with the involvement. The graphics and lighting were great and really fit together. You basically start in a house and have random storylines(I believe) each time you play. Items are even differently placed around the world each time. I find this very interesting and compelling to replay the game. I really didn't care for this one at first. But after some updates and a little in game progress something clicked and I got into the whole end of the world vibe of it. It's not without it's cons, but I feel the pros outweigh them.2 found this helpful

There is an awful delay with trackpad movement that makes the game really not fun unfortunately. Other than that it has a sort of indie type of charm to it.1 found this helpful
Played on a laptop RTX 3060, on an Oculus Quest 2. Not very playable for me, unfortunately. The bizarre placement of the hands and items in hands, the lag of the game keeping up with you, and the realistic reload mechanics all combine to make this a very cumbersome experience. I didn't make it out of the tutorial, but I imagine you need quick reactions to stay alive. I'd recommend Into The Radius over this.
