A really great game, considering it's free. Definitely the best wave shooter I've played on VR. I'm not normally a big fan of wave shooters, but this one did a good job of making the waves feel different (multiple different enemy types that are only in certain waves) and the difficulty options give lots of freedom in how you play. I'm not someone that wants to restart multiple times (I usually only play games once), so I appreciate that the basic difficulty is quite generous with first time players. My one big complaint is the lack of weapon variety. There's only a pistol and shotgun for free. You can buy the sniper rifle as DLC, but it seems like they abandoned the plan to add other weapons. Unfortunate, but it's perfectly beatable with the basic weapons. I hate using pump shotguns in VR since the mechanic is so annoying. Still, it's not that bad, I just used my handgun most of the time. There's apparently a single player campaign you can buy that uses the same gameplay mechanics. I added it to my wish list and am excited to see how good it is. this game is so much fun! Just make sure you dont play it alone lol.
Outstanding experience for a free game and the replay value is mid to high. It's a hit at gatherings. This game paired with Wireless PC/VR (Quest) is choice.
Fun at the beginning and it felt kinda immersive but physically reloading the shotgun with shells would not do anything,. I can reload the pistol just fine but not the shotgun for some reason. Had to enable button to reload. Also the zombies are super tanky and take like half a mag to put down. I would recommend checking it out but I wouldn't buy any expansions unless truly set on it
