Warning: AI Slop This game is partially or completely made with talentless, soulless AI generated content.
"Roaches: The Birthday Party" is Pure vibe coded AI slop... the developer prompted some AI pictures of cockroaches and slapped them on a basic jigsaw puzzle game template. AI slop is cancer, and this is pure AI slop, so it's pure cancer. What do you do in the game? Just a crap jigsaw with AI slop that might as well have been a web page. As mentioned, this features really godawful, "wrong" looking AI slop instead of genuinely and sincerely created game assets. It's hard to say if this was because the developer didn't have the skill to do the job of creating real game assets or couldn't afford to hire someone who does, but it also doesn't matter. What matters is that this looks bad because of that decision. AI slop sticks out like a sore thumb... and it comes across as insulting. There's also the old adage that those who lack the budget and talent to make their own game assets usually lack the budget and talent to do the rest of the job of game development properly, too, and that's glaringly obvious …

Tree is the first one to review this game. It's a unique puzzle game where you have to recreate a beautiful scene of Roaches enjoying their birthday. I wish roaches were this cute in real life. The ominous music really imbibes the idea that evil humans wouldn't let roaches enjoy their birthday peacefully. Shame on us humans. Roaches deserve good birthday parties too! I didn't finish all of the 100 piece puzzles but it's a decent time waster. 10/10
