About RockTop
《RockTop》 "is a VR game based on extreme sports - rock climbing. Integrating various elements such as racing, adventure, puzzle solving, and chasing. The player plays a skilled climber who challenges different terrains and mechanisms, using his arm span and agile skills to find the shortest route to the finish line.
There are two modes of the game: challenge mode and online mode.
Challenge mode:
1. There are a total of 3 levels;
2. Players can pass the level by finding the only gem as quickly as possible
3. The shorter the clearance time for each level, the greater the number of stars obtained.
Online mode:
1. A chase game that allows 2-7 players to participate in police catching thieves;
2. Up to 2 police officers and 5 thieves.
3. Each game has a duration of 6 minutes
4. Thieves can win by obtaining all gems during game time
5. During the game time, the thief did not receive all the gems, and the police won;
6. The police can arrest a thief by touching his head with their hands;
7. After being arrested, the thief will return to a random resurrection point and wait for 15 seconds before being resurrected
8. In the game, if you let go or are hit by a mechanism, you will return to a random resurrection point and wait for 3 seconds before being resurrected.

Bland and unfinished VR climber with dead multiplayer. The game is missing one of the most fun features of this genre: ability to throw yourself around between gaps. Every good VR climbing game has it, it raises skill ceiling tenfold and makes levels much more replayable. Another huge issue is hitboxes of traps: they are very imprecise, making some of the levels absolute pain in the ass. Rocktop is also unfinished in general: half of the Mission mode is locked, Challenge mode is not working and even game settings are locked. Online multiplayer is obviously dead and playing with brain-dead bots is incredibly dull. Works on Reverb G2 with native OpenXR support
Absolutely loved the game! The levels were not only cool but also exceptionally well-crafted. The grabbing mechanics felt smooth and added to the overall fun. Despite that, there is a lot to improve.
It's fun, and a good workout if you're using weighted armbands like me. Try it out.
