About Rogues of Europa
You are August Hellsing, an ordinary man who experienced a vision of the Archangel Michael and endeavored to right the wrongs in the world. Explore a massive procedurally generated game world, filled with quests and monsters. Delve into monster lairs and defeat the beasts within. Fight cultists, demons, and the creations of mad scientists in your righteous crusade.
Accept quests and follow the clues to find monster nests and lairs. Encounter monsters, loot, and strange occurrences deep within the earth. Fight the bosses and complete quests to earn rewards!
Every combat interaction is based on both random chance and skillshots. Gear up with dozens of different weapons and armor to match your preferred playstyle.
Rogues of Europa is in Early Access, and the following features are planned:
Exploration

Early Access
Rogues of Europa is in Early Access, and the following features are planned:
- Mad Scientist Towers: Keep your wits about you as you traverse this puzzle based dungeon.
- Cultist Temples: Put your sleuthing skills to the test to infiltrate these dungeons.
- Art Slider: Prefer the classics, or something a bit more modern? Choose your aesthetic experience on the fly!
- Western Morality: No karma here, only a theologically sound sin/forgiveness- and works-based moral system.
- Companions: Team up with procedurally generated companions for a few minutes or a few quests.

I have recently become a big fan of ASCII roguelikes (Rogue, NetHack, many others). I like what I see so far (after playing for about 15 minutes) and I'd like to see where this game can go. The options in the dialogues are a nice touch to an ASCII roguelike. I hope the dev(s) keep evolving this concept. I think there's still a lot more that can be done, in the ASCII roguelike genre, and this game (completed) can be proof of that.
