all Gas, no Brakes, Grab your ♥♥♥♥ its killin time... this is a great mash up of 8bit and D&D with some side scroller goodness type feels. the game play is 2nd to non, i due hope they add a few more classes. but there is all ready a good amount to choose from. Early Acces for 8 years. List Multiplayer/Online Co-op, seemingly does not have it. You can find steam post where dev said he was working on finalizing on multiplayer half a decade ago. Game is buggy, and incomplete, and I suspect it is abandoned. Like classes starting skills are broken and simply not functional. So the game is a buggy mess, been in EA for nearly a decade, and Dev still wasted time implementing anti-cheating features in a dead ass EA singleplayer game...
This is scam. It clearly states that the game has online Co-op, but it does not.
A review from an 80s kid. I grew up with games like Gauntlet, I & II ,and Golden Axe. Mind you they were new, the tech was old, and slow. This is what we wanted 30 years ago. Glad I don't have to pump quarters into it. One of the best Hack & Slashes out there so far. Keep going.
Love this game, so I will not down vote it. BUT THERE IS A BIG PROBLEM! HUGE! Remapping the controls breaks the UI. For instance, I hate having block on B, so I put it on LT. But B is for canceling and backing out of menus. Trouble is, it stays B in the UI but B no longer works, and worse, LT does not even replace it in the U.I. Same thing for other buttons specific to the U.I. if you remap them for other game functions. This is a MASSIVE oversight from the devs and this game has been out for a LONG time.... VERY DISAPPOINTING. Otherwise, great game. Has everything I like, it is fun, has some grind, has lots of items to explore and builds to play with and tons of content and progression systems.
