About Run Run Iguana!
Run Run Iguana! is a mouse-control chase game where you lead a hungry iguana around an ever-changing obstacle course by dangling a leaf just out of reach. Keep the iguana chasing as long as possible across five challenge difficulties or four endurance modes before it catches the leaf, hits an obstacle, or you lose your nerve.
An iguana sees the delicious leaf and wants to eat it...
Thus, the chase begins!In "Run Run Iguana", you have an iguana chasing the leaf you are holding, and your goal is to keep the iguana chasing the leaf for as long as possible. Using mouse controls, you move the leaf around the game board, and the iguana will run after the leaf. As the game progresses, obstacles in the form of trees, bushes, and hedges will start appearing, and you must use the leaf to help guide the iguana around the obstacles as the chase continues. A round of the game can end in one of three ways:1) The iguana catches the leaf - If the iguana catches the leaf... Well, the iguana has no reason to chase you anymore!2) The iguana runs into an obstacle - Running head-first into a tree or bush, or getting a foot caught in a shrub... That's jarring enough for the iguana to lose interest in the leaf. But don't worry... The iguana is just fine!3) You drop the leaf - You can drop the leaf by letting go of the mouse button, but the iguana won't be happy! If you drop the leaf, it will just lie there on the ground, and the iguana, previously intrigued by the delicious leaf just out of reach, will lose interest and will stop chasing.The game currently features two modes:
Challenge Mode - As the game progresses, the game board will start moving faster, and the iguana will also start running faster in pursuit of the leaf. Plus, newer and more difficult obstacles will start appearing, so keeping the chase going will gradually get more difficult. This mode features five different difficulties, from Easy to Extreme.
Endurance Mode - In this mode, the speed of the game board and the types of obstacles remain consistent, so you can just concentrate on extending the chase for as long as you can. There are four difficulties available in this mode, and the higher difficulties will feature faster speeds and more challenging obstacles.How far can the iguana chase you as you hold the delicious leaf? Runny Runny Guano is a great game! It runs with no bugs and is entirely vegan friendly. Family friendly. The voice acting is second to none..The iguana reminds fooby of Trogdor the burninator. Fooby's highest score is 5. Not recommended for people allergic to pictures of cats. Recommended to everyone else.3 found this helpful
Honestly grabbed this on a whim because it was dirt cheap, and I’m really glad I did. It gives off massive nostalgia for those old browser/Flash games we all played back in the day. It’s definitely inspired by Flappy Bird with that instant "okay, just ONE more try" addictive loop, but the mechanics actually feel fresh. Instead of just tapping to jump or dodge, you use your mouse to dangle a leaf and lure the iguana around obstacles. It sounds simple, but managing its movement while trying not to let it actually catch the leaf adds a surprisingly fun layer of tension. Move too fast and you crash into a wall; move too slow and it eats the leaf and the run ends. The added trophies are a really cool bit of extra content too, giving you something fun to actually chase while grinding high scores. For the price, you really can’t go wrong if you want a quick arcade game to kill some time. Super solid little game—looking forward to seeing what this dev does next!
