About Satellite Rush
WELCOME TO THE SATELLITE!
Your life now depends on how much of a good show you can put up!
Satellite Rush is a fast-paced sci-fi top-down shooter with pixel art graphics and Roguelike elements.
Take control of an abducted office worker and blast through Satellite Moebius, an intergalactic space arena/Reality TV stage filled with vicious aliens, robots programmed to clean (or kill), and a (not always so) cheery audience.
Can you survive the worst day of your life and find your way back home?
PLEASE THE AUDIENCE!
To survive in this vicious arena, you better make the crowd happy. Keep shooting stuff and giving them the bloodbath they've paid to see! They will throw valuable weapons for you if they enjoy the show.
FEATURES
- Randomized corridor generation, because nobody would buy tickets for the same bloodlust twice;
- Permadeath, with a few persistent effects to trick you into thinking you have a chance - yes, we mean unlockables;
- A demanding audience and a lax security. They can throw stuff to you. Will you be able to keep them entertained?
- Boss fights and Upgrades, because what sort of entertainment wouldn't involve blowing up bosses and getting neat rewards?

One of the worst, if not the worse twin stick shooter I ever played. It is incredibly opaque in communicating information to the player, to the point that you beat a boss and has no clue what each power-up is supposed to do; has this awful design choice of tying shots to the four face buttons, meaning enemies can approach you from each angle but you can only shoot in four directions; movement is sluggish and you'll frequently be mobbed against walls and into unavoidable explosion damage; and the success of your run is mostly determined by RNG - where enemies will spawn once you enter a room (if near the door, your run is over. and if far, you can kite them one at a time to beat the game without taking damage). Your pistol is piss-weak and if you're doing poorly, the game rewards you with not giving any powerups, whereas if you're doing well you'll have a lot of redundant powerups all at once. Awful design, poor gameplay loop, an experience best avoided6 found this helpful
I am 32 years old. My ex-wife and I have a daughter together, and we adopted our son together. Both are now 4 years old. When we were going through our separation, I felt lost and unhappy. I was self-destructive. One day, I was so angry with everything spiraling out of control that I punched a concrete wall in a moment of overwhelming emotion. This resulted in breaking my fifth metacarpal in my right hand—the hand I worked with, played games with, and used to carry my children to bed—the hand I desperately needed to ensure I could continue providing. Upon learning the severity of the self-inflicted damage, I became almost suicidal. Keep in mind that just a few months before this, I was the happiest man, with no history of depression or anxiety. I had never experienced anger outbursts, nor was I the type to break down and cry, but I was in a tough situation that truly prevented me from seeing the light on the other side. With nothing better to do, I looked for a game I could play WITH ONE HAND while recovering. Somehow, I stumbled upon this game and read some of the comments. I decided it was worth a try... I must admit I didn't beat the game, nor did I play as much as some of y…1 found this helpful
Just give people the option to disable the screenshaking. It prevents me from seeing what is happening. Also the slowdown mechanic to penalize shooting is asinine.
Juego de acción muy simple, pero entretenido.

I played this for about 20 minutes, it was tiresome.
