Was doing cool ninja flips and stuff like that and then I got shot dead by one of the guards. 10/10

[h1] Plays a bit like a flash game from early 2000s. You're THE NINJA who must go through multum of stages to find scrolls at the end and peace at heart. Throw some darts at walls to jump on them. Cling to walls to not fall. Avoid mostly saws and spikes, killing some enemies in the meantime. Game is not bad just a bit tedious and boring to play. Still if you love platformers you might wanna check it out but remember it's a simple game. Better choice and even more frustrating would be playing Super Meat Boy. [/h1]

Save the Ninja Clan is yet another of literally thousands of 2D retro platformers infesting Steam and lowering the average quality of all video games everywhere. This console ported retro platformer has a "ninja" theme and features a little shooting (you throw knives at baddies), bullet evading, double jumping, you can also throw knives into walls and use them as mini-platforms. There's a speedrun focus on the game (although you can play casually). While this is probably one of the better platformers on Steam in terms of level design and gameplay, it's poking it's nose up out of a very deep, very dark, very low quality ocean of craptastic games. There's no prizes for being pretty tall for a midget. It's let down by the technical execution. The artwork here is terrible, it's a blend of old retro pixel "art" used as a substitute for contemporary PC graphics, and some of the most amateurish MS-Paint style drawings. It's unclear if this is due to lack of budget to arrange someone who can do graphics properly, or lack of talent, regardless, the overall visual quality of the game is extremely low as a result of these decisions. It's a $1 ninja platformer that's pretty's decent. I'll recommend.

I am 32 years old. My ex-wife and I have a daughter together, and we adopted our son together. Both are now 4 years old. When we were going through our separation, I felt lost and unhappy. I was self-destructive. One day, I was so angry with everything spiraling out of control that I punched a concrete wall in a moment of overwhelming emotion. This resulted in breaking my fifth metacarpal in my right hand—the hand I worked with, played games with, and used to carry my children to bed—the hand I desperately needed to ensure I could continue providing. Upon learning the severity of the self-inflicted damage, I became almost suicidal. Keep in mind that just a few months before this, I was the happiest man, with no history of depression or anxiety. I had never experienced anger outbursts, nor was I the type to break down and cry, but I was in a tough situation that truly prevented me from seeing the light on the other side.
