Most games trick you! They make you believe you're improving at the game, when really you're unlocking things that make your in-game character more powerful. Stabby Machine will not deceive you like this. Except for when you unlock an ability (you unlock it quickly; the reason you don't start with it unlocked is just to smoothen the learning curve), when you beat your high score, it's because you really are doing better!
Because of this, Stabby Machine is a very difficult game.

Survive for as long as possible by collecting batteries, which are dropped by enemies!
Watch out! Your battery power drains faster and faster the longer you've been playing.
You must choose wisely how many enemies to spawn. Too few and you'll run out of batteries, but too many and you'll be overrun!

You MUST GO CLOSE TO enemies to make them charge, then react quickly to dodge them!
If you succeed, the enemy becomes vulnerable and you can run up to it to stab it.

If you want to casually enjoy a new experience, this game can give you that too.

"Stabby Machine" is a simple "I can't believe it's not Adobe Flash" tier arcade action game slapped together with the blight on gaming that is GameMaker Studio (responsible for an immense amount of amateur shovelware and zero smash hit games). All you do in this game is flail about attacking various spheres. There's only one mildly interesting mechanism, you need to balance the number of enemies you can take... too few and you run out of batteries then the game ends. Which, unfortunately, is the best thing that can happen to you, because then it's over. The game features really lacklustre 2D visuals (does the developer not know 3D graphics became mainstream in the mid-1990s?). Gamers don't spend thousands of dollars on gaming rigs to pretend they're mobile phones or Commodore 64s. It's free... now, but it wasn't before. The developer was charging $2 USD for this. Price barriers, especially on low quality products, can be a direct cause of failure. It's a nice gesture for the game to be given away for free, but it also tells us that the game wasn't good enough to succeed as a paid product. "Stabby Machine" — простая, но агрессивно-веселая игра, где игрок превращается в машину, прокалывающую всё на своем пути. Графика минимальная, управление элементарное, но захватывающая механика и сатирический подход к "врагам" (всё, что попадает в поле зрения) делают её забавной. Однако повторяемость сценариев и отсутствие глубины быстро надоедают. Подойдет для коротких сессий и любителей нестандартного юмора. Не рекомендую для претензий к качеству.

[b]Stabby Machine[/b] is a nice Indie Arcade game that is fast paced. It features 4 different modes. You can collect coins by killing bosses and buying cosmetics and power-ups. The big downside for me is that two achievements are broken- "Illumination" and "I am Glorious". I haven't tested the "Quadra King" achievement. It's a free game so try it.
[h1]Before I played Stabby Machine, I had a small pp, no friends, no gf, depression, and no life. These things havent changed, but the game is pretty good[/h1]
