Do not buy this game in it's current state. ESPECIALLY for this price. The thing is, what you will be doing 90% in this game is fighting. But the combat system is broken, unwiedly, clunky, frustrating. While the developers have implimented a "auto-combat" system, it doesn't help with the real problems. Not only does it's AI seem to be worse then what the enemy uses, it will also randomly shutoff. Not to mention, that, if an enemy that can fly runs away from you, neither the "auto-combat" nor yourself will catch them, before they have reset their HP to full. Last but not least, enemies don't run out of "magic", which is necessary to use all your skills. A big part of a game like this (and cultivation games in general) is evolving to stronger forms. Well you do evolve, but don't expect to get stronger from that. Even enemies 2-3 "tiers" below you will kick your ass just cause. So overall, unless alot of things are changed about it's systems, I advise to stay away.

It is a fun game.

Spent an overall 80 hours on the game. Not the proper way. I got fed up with the boundless of grinding after playing the game for 20 hours which is the equivalent of 1 week with breaks. Modded the game just so I can actually get somewhere. Even with mods on, the amount of hours just to get to the highest evolution was horrendously absurd. I did not come to play the game for the cultivation thing, I just want to collect beasts and monsters and I am not grinding for days considering that it's a singleplayer game, there's no other end goal purpose besides to collect them. I would not recommend this game if you are also here just to collect beasts, monsters and creatures. But if you do enjoy wasting your hours on grinding games, go ahead. It has it's perks, a deviously dark souls difficulty one too. However I will still play this game to the point I had collected every beast with mods on.

If you like a grindy game, this is your game. Your main goal is to literally become as strong as possible and doing that requires so many things to do that its like "fun". also the designs are kinda cool. If you DONT speak chinese you're going to suffer a bit (Thankfully people already have you covered in the discussions tab for most of the stuff that you might be looking for). The controls are kinda confusing at first but then you get used to them, the only complaint is that when you use cursor mode (press alt) your character will use actions regardless, even when clicking on something to get information. To RELOCK the cursor you dont just press "Alt", that gets rid of the cursor but you cannot move the camera, the only way is to press any mouse button, preferably the middle button works better because the middle button is for "info" and doesnt have you accidentally attack anything. Race MATTERS a lot. Certain creatures are just outrght broken either on CPU or player, however the CPU might not take full advantage of a creature but you sure can, some creatures are outright monsters when controlled by the player, dont sleep on them. Overall for specific people that enjoy grindy …
