a forgettable experience, the first part of the game is very nice and well-crafted, the idea at the beginning of the game is really nice... but after the attic part ends, the game becomes ugly, not scary, boring with unintelligent and not very fun ideas... I never speak badly of a game but this was one of the worst experiences I played in live streaming in the last year4 found this helpful
Man I'm so sad that I have to give this game a negative review, the beginning of the game was so damn good and scary, but afterwards it sucked Same enemies, same braindead puzzles, just why? The game started out so good why would you go that path? The creepy masked dude's acting was good and really creeped me out, why not just make the game more about him and not cringe braindead puzzles?| Please put a damn manual saving system, not all scary games need to be like resident evil, also for some reason when I open this game it opens my SteamVR? 4.5/10 because it has potential, but I don't recommend this game unless you intend to play only for the first 30 mins3 found this helpful
A mediocre, forgettable experience1 found this helpful
its a fine game made with real passion and talent but its really lacking at the same time i would split the game into two parts, prologue and main game but honestly this game has an insane tone shift between the two sections making it not scary at all the prologue is basically a home alone walking sequence i was expecting maybe a fnaf or clocktower sorta thing where u need to do tasks with an enemy lingering behind u but saddly that never occurs the game proper is litterally just a light combat horror themed game which was fun but it felt dragged out at times and was sorta boring but it had cool ideas
Chilling, survival-horror, worth the price.
! THE ATARI STYLE GAME IS LITERALLY 2% OF THE WHOLE GAME, DON'T WORRY ! If you are worried about what type of game this is: Suffer the Night is a 3D Gothic Walking Sim, Then it turns into a super casual First Person Shooter half way through I had 0% Idea what this game was based off of reviews and trailers, which is so weird for a game not to brandish what it actually is. 7/10 Pretty Good Try it out
