Surbird

Got it for less then a euro, as part of some sort of key bundle. Definetly not worth 1 euro less so for ~45. Basic game, technically playable but it gets boring after a few mins.

Surbird is a small fantasy action game that combines direct character control with light tower-defense mechanics. Developed and published by Phoenixxx Games, it puts the player in the robes of a wizard tasked with protecting a frightened village from waves of demonic attackers. The villagers have largely withdrawn from the conflict, leaving their magical defender to confront the invasion. It is a straightforward setup that gives the action an immediate purpose without burdening the experience with lengthy exposition or complicated storytelling. The most interesting part of the gameplay is the combination of an actively controlled hero and automated magical defenses. Players move the wizard around the battlefield while enemies advance toward the village, making positioning and survival important throughout each encounter. Instead of functioning as a commander who simply watches defenses perform all the work, the wizard can personally contribute to combat. This creates a more energetic experience than a traditional passive tower-defense game and gives the player multiple responsibilities during enemy attacks. so the game is fun for a bit , fun mechanics and a nice pass time , got on a 1 dollar key off of g2a and im not over diss-appointed, the game is simple , collect health and crystals to kill mobs that progress in difficulty, has potential if bosses get added and more types of weapons, id like to see where and if the dev continues with this, id say l;ower the price point maybe to £4.50 / 5 euros /6 dollars due to its indy nature, hopefully the dev sees this, i like what you are doing with the sprites, i would also have a character speed bonus that would be pretty cool! good luck and i hope to see future updates...
