About Tehnodrom

In the game the player controls a tehnodrom, which can be equipped with various types of weapons. Each weapon has its own unique characteristics and abilities that can affect your play style. For example, one weapon can be very powerful but slow, another can be fast but not very effective, and a third can hit several enemies at the same time.

The game will have 4 levels, of varying difficulty and placement of cubes. You drive across the map and destroy cubes and enemies while making your way to the goal.

The goal of the game is to destroy all enemies in the level and reach the final boss. Enemies can vary from drones and tanks to huge guns and mechanical monsters. Each type of enemy requires a different approach and strategy, and the player must choose the weapon that will best deal with the specific type of enemy.

As the game progresses, the player can collect upgrades for the Tehnodrom, such as increasing speed, increasing weapon power, or adding new abilities. These upgrades will help the player cope with more difficult levels and enemies.

The final boss is the most difficult enemy in the game, requiring the player to use all of their skills and experience. Defeating the final boss ends the game and gives the player a triumphant conclusion to their journey.

Tehnodrom is marketed, weirdly, as a platformer, but it isn't. It's a 2D side view scrolling autobattler. Think Vampire Survivors (with the upgrades and all that) except you can just roll left and right. And you have to shoot blocks to get stuff to pick up to go up levels, etc. Surprisingly deep from this Russian asset flipper, but then again, it's from this Russian asset flipper, so it's not outside the realm of possibility this is just another asset flip. Piece Of Voxel /Niko Belik have shown a repeat pattern of unethically dumping other people's work onto Steam as a cheap, nasty cash grab, through this account or through closely linked/alt accounts. I don't care if this is made of free assets or not. It would be ok to kill some time. But get lost with NW:js and games based on "webtechnologies" (other than good old FREE flash)! Let me repeat it once more to all you JS-fetishists out there: JS is an AWFUL Language for mass calculations. It literally kills your framerate down to a slideshow, no matter what hyper high-end-gaming-gear you are using and what fancy lightshow your fans project to the ceiling of your childrens room.

I can't comment on whether or not this is ripping anyone else off, but this game has plenty of its own issues to complain about. Mainly, it's buggy as heck, and crashes way too often. The hardest part of the game I've encountered so far is just getting it to work long enough to finish a level. Definitely not worth whatever they are charging for it in the condition its in. Also: The two Steam achievements are apparently disabled. I found the following in another comment (but can't actually find it anywhere else): "Profile Features Limited! Valve have marked this game as "Profile Features Limited" at the time of this review. This is usually caused by poor sales figures and low community acceptance for the game (to date). Until this status changes, this game will not give you +1 to your Game Collector badge count, appear in profile achievements or any other Steam meta-accomplishments, nor can it be displayed in some profile showcases. If these factors are important to you, it may be worth holding off before buying this game."
