About The Curse of the Demon Tree
✦ AI summary
Follow two survivors on an emotional journey across a dying world, battling strange creatures and uncovering stories of grief and loss written from genuine hospice experience. Explore haunting landscapes filled with 120+ unique monsters, hand-drawn cinematics, and an accordion-driven soundtrack that explores how people truly cope with devastating events.
Lamphlin and Feltin have lived quietly on their mountain for years since the emergence of The Demon Tree. The ground is getting dry, and they are forced to leave their peaceful home to seek safety elsewhere at the end of the world.
Journey through the stages of grief and loss as our heroes travel to bizarre areas, learning the stories of the planet’s last survivors. Encounter strange monsters, disturbing landscapes, and tales that make us reflect on our own experiences with grief.
Written by a hospice nurse with over ten years of experience, this game deeply reviews how people can respond to devastating events. We don’t always “get better” after we experience loss. Unresolved grief can be what takes us in the end.
KEY FEATURES
-Over 120 unique monsters to battle.
-Hand drawn cinematic cutscenes.
-Accordion-driven soundtrack.
-Over 10 hidden areas in game.
-“Ultimate spell” reward for players that love to grind up levels when they play RPGs.

Loved this game from start to finish From the price I thought the game would be short but I was wrong the game has a pretty long story The game has decent amount of characters you learn about and what they went through when the Demon tree appeared I thought the story was quite good there were parts that actually make me feel sad for characters The game also has a good soundtrack the music is a 10/10 for me I definitely recommend giving this game a go3 found this helpful
