Actually a good horror game. This is a short piece, but it hits pretty hard within the hour-ish timeframe it lasts. Good plot, good voice acting (particularly Abigail's voice), atmosphere, and well placed scares. Can't really ask for much more. 👍 Pros Graphics — Genuinely solid. The environments look clean and polished. Creepy mannequin boy — The one thing that actually worked. He’s unsettling in the right way and easily the highlight of the whole experience. 👎 Cons Story was bleh — It never goes anywhere interesting. It feels like the game thinks it’s building tension, but it’s really just dragging its feet. Not scary — For a horror game, that’s a problem. The atmosphere never pays off, and nothing sticks with you after you close the game. Jump scares didn’t land Collectible achievement is broken — I found all five collectibles twice, and the game still refuses to give the achievement. [spoiler]1st collectable in cabinet in barn after turning power on 2nd kitchen cabinet beside fridge 3rd in basement in cabinet 4th in police office in drawer beside the tall filing cabinet 5th upstairs office in cabinet[/spoiler] Price doesn’t match the experience — $8.99 is too much for what you get. I was really impressed with this title. It was a well polished story with some pretty strong (and appropriately timed jump scares). The atmosphere was set well, and the progression of the story was paced to where you never had a "dull" moment. For the first game from Zakym s. r. o. ; this was an A+++ outing. Cannot wait to see what this developer pushes out in the future, because my first taste was immaculate
This Game is an absolutely Amazing horror game. Gets dark real quick. Wear your brown pants.
