About The World Named Fred
In this first-person action-adventure game you play from behind the eyes of Leet Nym, who, at the request of a cat calling itself Mr. Snuggles, embarks on a quest to save an obscenely magical world named Fred. The game features:
- A 3D world populated by a variety of mythical creatures (chupacabras, vampires, zombies, hippies, et cetera).
- Slapsticky sword combat.
- Comic book style interactive conversations that tell a story strong enough to bind together all the crazy.
- A highly polished, minimalist interface.

Bought this years ago as a kid, didn't get through it. Then I found it in my library years later and tried it and I loved it. I hope there will be more of this story in a way or some form2 found this helpful
Love this game still waiting for book 2.2 found this helpful
Many thanks to my friend who give me this game as a gift. I was really interested in hearing about it and once I played it, I actually enjoyed it, it's like one of those exploring adventure games that I like, a solid 9/10 for that one.1 found this helpful
A cute short game that had some humor to it. I appreciate the work that went into it. It may not be the fanciest looking game out there but it has its charm. It is only the first chapter so hopefully it gets more to it.1 found this helpful

This is a slightly esoteric low poly FPS. A cat in a mirror sends you on a mysterious journey to save a world called Fred. If the developers had put a bit more effort into polish and gameplay, the story might be workable, but the optimisation is really bad here, resulting in unsatisfying gameplay. The low poly graphics are really ugly and a bit lazy. Sure, it's not easy to have brilliant graphics in a video game, but then this is Steam and the competition is high. Regardless, this is too clunky for me to recommend, although the premise was workable, the delivery is flat.
