first playthrough done, incredibly cool characters, world & incredible story, ( from all i know so far ) somehow the game kept me engaged until the end of my first playthrough. the "somehow" i mention being, that it is really well done and super creative. never played a game like this before, surprised how underrated it is, the lore is really good. for sure will go for a second playthrough and perhaps more. EDIT : after playing some endings, getting stellas ending when you don't focus on her at all is a bit odd and made no sense. other than that it's been cool.

maybe dont make it so when you follow a character you just get some unrelated character you havent interacted with ONCE's ending (happened with 2 different playthroughs with 2 different characters) because then what is the point of following anyone else if you get the same ending anyway and i was also very interested in the characters and the story but it was ruined by getting the same ending twice in a row

I've played a few of these kinds of games now. I feel they all have their shortcomings, but some were enjoyable nonetheless (most notably DNFTM). TOBOR's story definitely looks interesting, but I feel it makes me work too hard and therefore miss too much of what is happening (it feels like that anyway). So I will not recommend it - but I am not saying the game is bad. But be prepared to really engage with all these buttons, because the pace is high.

Fun, Interesting; Unique, kinda Stella bestgirl

While I don't exactly have the patience with the mechanics and slow-paced dialogue to sit through this game a few more times to get all the endings, I did still really enjoy it! It was like playing the job of a regular security guard, but on LSD, and with way too much responsibility. The story was very interesting to see unfold from all the different angles and perspectives that each of the characters had. While some were definitely more fun to follow around than others, I could feel the balance of attention that was given to them all. The mechanics definitely overstayed their welcome towards the end though, as after you finish gathering all the evidence with the slider (which I was doing on the last two nights in like 30 seconds), you're left just waiting around to press space every now and then. Going off the main screen to fix the other buttons was cool at first, but started to feel more like "how can we keep the player engaged while they're waiting around for new orange text to pop up?" Overall though, I liked it! I don't think I'll go back for the other endings, but if you like intrigue, give this one a shot!

Tobor feels like that ideal indie-horror game I wondered about sometimes. I first played this game elsewhere, so in reality I have much more than the depicted time.
