Welcome to "Tortuga City," a dark and futuristic metropolis where you and your turtle friends fight against the overwhelming force of the police. As the strategic leader of the group, you must fortify yourselves against the incoming troops and find a way out of the situation to survive. Develop various strategies to train soldiers, build defensive structures, and wisely utilize your resources as you navigate through the neon-lit streets and abandoned alleys.
...but be warned: the clock is ticking relentlessly as you only have 50 days to find an escape route before the police deploy their dreaded secret weapon and wipe you and your entire following out!

It's Kingdom but with turtle graphics and less polish. Run back and forth, recruit workers, build your base. If you like that you may like this, but I don't recommend it.9 found this helpful
Graphics: 9/10 Difficulty: 7.5/10 Fun Factor: 8/10 This game is really fun! At first, you need to get a feel for the right strategy, but just experimenting with it is already enjoyable. Visually, it’s a cool mix of pixel art and attention to detail, which blends together perfectly. There are lots of funny gimmicks and references that will make you laugh from time to time. Gameplay: 8.5/10 The core elements of the game are introduced at the beginning through a cool and mysterious caller. But not too much is explained, so you don’t immediately understand all the connections. I like the fact that it takes multiple attempts to fully grasp the different functions of each building and that every new attempt at survival helps refine your strategy against police raids. There seem to be many ways to defend your city, and I feel like I’ve only scratched the surface. Atmosphere: 8/10 I really like the retro look of the game, and it blends beautifully with the cyberpunk aesthetic. Even though cyberpunk settings are usually darker, the game still has a cute vibe, especially with the adorable turtles. Building your own little army is a lot of fun. The sound effects aren't particularly unique, but the background ambience does a great job of creating a true big-city vibe.5 found this helpful
Really cool game! I managed to build the rocket and won after day 42, takes a little bit of practice and getting used to but it is a very fun ending! Even after I won, i still played until day 50 because I wanted to see the other ending. Loved the turtle sound effects, all the different characters and all the upgrades you can do. I recommend you to build the hospital 100%, makes a whole difference. Overall a great gameplay and experience :)2 found this helpful
