About Tuwas vs MUDA
Muda (無駄) is the Japanese word for meaningless activity. It is defined as "...any human activity that consumes resources but produces no value." - Wallace J. Hopp
In this game, MUDA is represented by the little colorful monsters that sit in the factory and do unproductive nonsense.
Productivity is represented by clever squirrels "Tuwas" (German for "DoSomething"). They are always productive and always work hard.
The more efficiently the operation is managed, the more Tuwas work in the hall. With bad management, MUDAs are everywhere and waste valuable working time.
Other companies send you inquiries for which you calculate offers with a suitable price. Always remember to stay profitable. Some of the inquiries are initially not lucrative and would be a financial loss for you.
So go to your office to negotiate directly with the customer and secure a profit for yourself.
If the companies accept your offers, the planning of the production begins.
Strategically distribute the orders to your machines. With clever planning, you can process many orders at the same time and still on schedule. If your financial resources allow, you can rent more machines, which will make it easier for you to distribute the work in the short term.
However, more machines cost more money and require more employees, which leads to higher expenses. If, on the other hand, you plan cleverly, a few machines are sufficient to meet the delivery dates.
If you do not meet a delivery date, the customer is not willing to pay the full price, which has a negative effect on your sales and thus also on your profit.
All machines must be serviced regularly, which inevitably causes downtime. If the maintenance of a machine is not carried out regularly, this can lead to defects. Repairing a defect always takes longer than maintenance. It is therefore worth scheduling maintenance.
All of these factors above must be carefully considered when planning business operations so that your company does not go bankrupt.
Can you still remain profitable despite the many orders and the higher turnover?
Unlock the infoBoard planning board, which can help you with planning through automation. This gives you a constant overview of your machines, employees and orders. Backward scheduling means that you always meet your delivery dates and get the agreed price. infoBoard planning board helps you to reduce the costs of your company and thereby increase profits.
What Steam players say

Players report that this free-to-play management sim has significant technical issues including progress bars exceeding 100%, machines frequently failing to work without explanation, and performance problems, alongside gameplay frustrations like poor translations, inability to cancel assigned orders, and limited strategic depth. While the core loop of accepting orders and distributing them to machines is straightforward, the lack of meaningful progression systems, inability to sell unused equipment, and workers that don't function as intended make the experience feel tedious and unrewarding ra
Sorry but just bugs everwhere. Progressbar can go over 100 percent.... In the German translation you nearly get no info about jobs and most translations are just so general that they dont help you at all. Some Machine just dont start working for the whole day for no apparent reason. I havent seen a way to sell unused machines. I got about 95 Percent order for the normal machining machine and not for others making them idle alot. You cant take away orders from machine you already assignd to. Would not recommend even for free to play it now.11 found this helpful
Ok, before we take a closer look at the game, please keep in mind that it is free of charge. And yes, you can see that in many places. What exactly do you do? You accept or decline orders. You distribute these orders to different machines, which work off the orders one by one. After they are finished, you just send them out. Later in the game, you don't even have to leave the office, because you can distribute the orders to the machines semi-automatically. So basically: accept the order, assign the machine, wait, send the order. That's the game. Sure, you can buy new machines (but not replace the old ones) and hire new employees (who just exist, but are also only there to cost money), but otherwise you can't do much. There is also no real drive to grow the company and get bigger, there are no rewards, nothing to unlock. After 20 minutes, you've actually seen everything. If you're into dry business simulation without a deeper background, just want to click around a bit and nothing more, you'll definitely find something for yourself here for a while. For everyone else...I'm quite sure it will disappoint you. Why I recommend it anyway? It's not big and only appeals to a very spec…7 found this helpful
Before I played Tuwas vs MUDA, I had a small pp, no friends, no gf, depression, and no life. These things havent changed, but the game is pretty good
1 found this helpful
Tuwas vs MUDA isn't so educational nor entertaining at all. The workers don't work, repair or do anything productive despite my clicks. Money is hard to earn in the game though I accepted the orders, reply emails and calculate the profit. There's also a lag problem with the Tuwas vs MUDA,
This is what happens when the Minion get a union.
