World Of Undead

This game is worth $4.00 at best. Its basically a Unity Asset Horde Mode. Wave Survival, with Tower Defence Mechanics. Shooting feels just terrible, Graphic quality is horrid, and the sound is worse. Controls for Keyboard and Mouse aren't even really there. All the UI uses Xbox Controller buttons, and the Sensitivity slider for PC doesn't even work. Pros - It allows us to see that people will put ANYTHING on Steam. Refund pending, This is the first game I have ever refunded on Steam, so I am not a serial refunder. I tend only to play coop games or TD games nowadays, so this game seemed to tick all the boxes. I was ready to buy another 3 copies for my regular weekend LAN session but after trying out single player I realised it would not be acceptable to my buddies. This game needs serious work before release. I'm not going into gameplay issues here because I didn't try it long enough to become qualified to talk about gameplay. The game needs interface work before it is release-worthy. First off, the mouse cursor disappeared at the screen where you need to check your screen brightness. I tried it windowed and full-screen, same result: no mouse. Unless you click the proceed button you can't proceed. There IS a mouse, you just can't see it, so you have to move the invisible mouse around like a palsied drunk hailing a cab, clicking all the time before you can move to the next screen. Then comes a brief terrifying introduction which reminded me a little of a fistful of dollars, where 64 peeps got offed in the opening credits. Except this time it is YOU being offed. Had a lot of good moments playing this game so far. Aaaaaaand a lot of frustrating ones. It feels nothing like current shooters, its a bit clunky and lacks of gameplay polishing. But, it evolves over the time you play this. If you manage to complete the first two levels it gets very hectic and challenging and this can be really funny. Flying corpses everywhere :-) I wanna try out Attack & Defense, but it seems there are no other players online most of the time ?!=?! Bought this for 10 bucks. For this price its "okay-ish", but i hope they lower it in the future.

Did not go past brightness adjustment screen. $2 is too much.

So, why can't I play this? I get to a brigth option screen but there nothing I can do with it. I can't continue from it.

After some updates and improvements I have lot of fun with the "Multiplayer Coop Campaign". First I play it alone and was frusted with the very hard gameplay, but when I play it in "Coop Mode" with three other people and unlocked some weapons and gadgets, I could not stop playing :-) Yes, it´s not an "AAA" title, but it´s not bad and I have bought the game for 9.99 $ and I do not regret it. I 've been playing for six hours and I haven´t done it for half - very much action - a lot of fun - I like the game :-)
