About Zombie Dinos from Planet Zeltoid

Let’s Kick Some Brain!

Oh, snap! The evil Harry the Harrier wants to use his alien Brain Blobs to zombify dinosaurs and bring them into our present timeline to take over the world. Looks like all hope is lost, and humanity is doomed...

...NOT!!!

Harry didn’t count on Dexter the Dinodroid slipping away with a time machine. Now this totally radical dino dude with a ‘tude has gone old school — like, 200 million years ago old school. Travel around with Dexter in his time machine and get the 4-1-1 on those dinosaurs to find them before the Brain Blobs show up to turn them into zombies!

This FMV educational adventure from Philips Interactive Media, Inc. is a sweet slice of 90s nostalgia. Search grid-based maps for clues to help you find each dinosaur using all kinds of dino facts you find along the way. Use the Grunt-O-Meter to send Dexter out to a location, and he’ll report back what he sees to you. Gather enough hints from Dexter about each dinosaur’s morphology, behavior, and habitat, and you’ll know exactly where to find each one. Harry the Harrier thinks he’s all that and a bag of chips, but he’ll have to take a chill pill when he sees how good you and Dexter are at tracking down dinosaurs before they can be zombified! Booyah!!!
 • Fully voiced and acted FMV scenes bring the game’s zany characters to life, featuring Cam Clarke (Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Fire Emblem Fates) as Dexter
 • Travel to the Triassic, Jurassic, and Cretaceous periods to learn about dinosaurs — or at least what we thought we knew about dinosaurs circa 1992
 • Fire up the title screen and treat your ears to one of the raddest video game theme songs ever made

It is a super hard educational detective-FMV game about dinos. You have a time limit. First, you need to find clues and log them correctly, then find the dino and name it correctly, and after that, you have to answer 3 questions about it correctly. There are 15 dinos and the Why is this hard? There are 15 dinos in it, and the placement is random. And it is a 30-year-old game, so some facts are out of date now. Good luck googling it. Also, no subtitles, so if your English is not good enough, basically, you're toast. Worth playing? Kinda. It has weird visuals that I love, and it is a unique experience
Follow us for more Awesome Adventure
Zombie Dinos From Planet Zeltoid reminds me a bit of getting on the ride “Dinosaur” at Disney’s Animal Kingdom. RIP Dinosaur. I’d never heard of this Phillips CD-I game until now, but man it really reminds me of how much charm and soul 90’s games had, years before they got to them and ruined them. The animatronic dino puppet that you talk to is voiced by Cam Clarke, the same guy who voiced Leonardo on 80’s TMNT cartoon, and the game starts off with a fun intro theme, both of which are awesome. Anywho, it’s a relatively short game where you point and click your way through FMV videos on a dino hunt. It’s cute and charming, and well worth a couple of bucks on sale in my opinion.

I liked it, it was fun and educational. I really liked the vibes, the growl meter was difficult at times but I got the hang of it pretty fast. I wish it was longer and had achievements for the things you can find or getting everything 100% correct or bellow a certain amount on the battery meter but that doesn't detract from it just being a fun short game!

https://youtu.be/2PFykMV1k-Y Almost as ancient as the dinosaurs, this edutainment game has some better than expected production values but an nearly impossible to parse gameplay.
