Every Batman: Arkham game, ranked — and where to buy them cheap

Rocksteady's Arkham series set the standard for superhero games, refining its rhythm-based freeflow combat and predator stealth across four entries. The whole run is now old enough to buy for a fraction of the launch price, so here's how the games stack up and where to grab each one near its all-time low.

1. Arkham City

Batman: Arkham City - Game of the Year Edition is the series peak for many players: a denser open world, sharper combat and a memorable rogues' gallery that gives every side mission real character. The GOTY edition bundles the extra content, so it's the version to hunt for on sale.

2. Arkham Asylum

The one that started it all, Batman: Arkham Asylum Game of the Year Edition remains a tight, atmospheric masterclass in pacing. Its confined island setting keeps everything focused, and it's arguably the most consistent game in the run.

3. Arkham Knight

Batman™: Arkham Knight is the biggest and best-looking entry, though the heavy reliance on the Batmobile divides opinion. It's a spectacular, story-driven finale that still looks superb on modern hardware, and it dips especially low in sales.

4. Arkham Origins

  • Batman™: Arkham Origins was made by a different studio and feels more like a very solid remix than a leap forward, but it's a fine watch-order prequel and often the cheapest of the lot.

All four dip low frequently, so check the current price and all-time low on each page before buying. If you enjoyed the predator gameplay, see our stealth games on sale, and read how to never overpay for PC games to time your purchase. Browse today's deals to suit up.
