Clearly a labor of love by someone who knows Hawaii, surfing, and fluid dynamics. I appreciate the attention to detail: - multiple surfboard types (including longboards, midlengths, fish, shortboards, paipo) - nose riding - tiger shark, freight barges, humpback whales, honu. The bioluminescence is a nice touch, it really enhances the night surf experience. Intro tutorial was also great- just like what a first surf lesson is like - i.e. sit and wait for the wave. I like that there is no music since that's what surfing is like. One thing that would have been nice to have but perhaps difficult to implement is to be able to look into the distance in front of you so you can see oncoming sets. Would love to see the surfer plough into the reef and bleed out, and then the tiger sharks would eat him HAHA.2 found this helpful
really fun game, perfect for turning your brain off to while half paying attention to youtube on another monitor. has a reasonable learning curve, that makes it rewarding to ride a wave well. but is equally as enjoyable when you dont.1 found this helpful
While I liked the graphics and audio their was not enough content right now to keep me interested. I feel like it needs achievements and a small story with some meaningful progress with unlocks. This could really be a great game.1 found this helpful

5/5⭐️'s 💥Exactly as advertised 💥Feels like a simulator without looking like one 💥I believe the developer exceeded even his own expectations 💥Has so much potential for something that it wasn't meant to be... dont ask for a game with a story mode when the intent was to clearly not have one 💥Cheap, hardly any disk space, graphics are simple yet gorgeous, runs smooth as butter, can put down at any moment - instead of any updates to the game this should stay exactly as is in the most perfectly minimal state and if any big additions are to be made, just make a second game. This "could" have more, but It's released as intended and can be absolutely enjoyed as intended
