What a lovely passion project of a game. It's obvious that the developer has a deep appreciation for the collectathon platformer genre and poured his/her memories into the game. In terms of positives, the sheer amount of level variety is a huge highlight, as each one feels distinct and snappy with little wasted time or obvious re-used visuals. The controls around the basic jump, double jump, attack, and roll all feel as responsive as they should. The silly, whimsical atmosphere that the game goes for matches the overall difficulty and level progression of the game, and I appreciated the levity provided by the various NPCs. One could critique the quality of the voice acting, but it never particularly bothered me given the general indie vibe of the game. Plus, the berry voice was a very cute bit of child acting. The costumes are also varied and fun to switch between, and the fact that all of them are earnable fairly quickly in game is always appreciated. In terms of cons, I did have a control issue that popped up three times over the course of my playthrough. The absorption mechanic would just stop working for whatever reason, and a full game shutdown was required in order to fix…

A fun, cheerful, and witty game that made me burst out laughing on more than a few occasions (the bowling pin incident made me laugh so hard my chest felt kinda light afterwards... which I'm chalking up to being vulnerable to that kind of humor lol) and just kinda devoured my time until I reached the endgame... but I do have a couple of nitpicks. Most importantly, there are some places that [i]it would be really nice to be able to just... walk up/over[/i], but for some reason the visible geometry gets in the way (stairways, doors in a specific late-game level, such like that) [spoiler]And then there's the final boss, which apparently has no checkpoints... and by that point, I was a touch too irritated by the little things adding up after a while, so I've opted to take a break instead of attempting to finish that fight[/spoiler] Other than that, extremely solid platformer, for a good price. Would absolutely recommend to any platforming enthusiasts.

cool, big treasure planet ps2 energy from the player control, love nory and teeto. the humor is a bit weird and i dont really get the ending. Overall great 3d platfromer, hope to see a sequel soon!

Very cute and funny game
