I really hope these devs keep going with this game. The gameplay that's there is really good.

This is a fun little football game def recommend if you are a football or card fan. I would like to see them add defense to the game

If you are a football fan and like Balatro this is a pretty good game, my only gripe is there seems to be too much randomness to fully plan out what you are doing, but you can mitigate to some extent, just wish some things were a bit better from a readability stand point, like how risk effects the play.

For $7 it's fine. The game could use a bit of tuning, or better describe just how much a given play is going to impact a play. The game is simple. You get cards based on offensive football positions. The higher the number, the better player. Putting the cards in a given order dictates what happens. So put a QB down first it's a passing play, put a RB down first it's a running play. Then you fill out cards next to it to find out what's going on. So put an RB next to a QB you put down you've got a Play action pass. Put two RB's next to each other? you've got a fullback. The objective is to score touchdowns. Failure to do so will mean game over. It's really that simple. Then after scoring you can get new cards or get rid of some. Upgrade some cards or get specialty items to help you on your run. You also get point to help out either your passing, running or individual kinds of players. So pretty good on the whole. Final Grade: C+
