Pavlov used to be a game where you could hop on and play anything, with countless mods to chose from. With the addition of PSVR to the Steam version of the game, mods practically disappeared. This killed off most of the community. I mainly play this game for TTT, because I find it the best place to just have fun and joke around with other people. I am lucky if there is more than 1-2 servers of it. The community in this game is arguably way better than that of shack, by me. So, if you are fine with waiting 10 minutes to get into a game of TTT, then by all means, get the game. But, if you don't give a crap about community, just get shack.
