Dont buy this game if you want to play solo PVE. Developer has nerfed game to such an extent . with every update, its obvious they only cater for PVP players. When game first came out it was reasonably enjoyable to play solo PVE, but thoes days are long gone. Workbenches, which you will need , if you want anything more than a shooter, and intend to build a viable base, another nerf. Originally one workbench for repair,deconstruction and paint, no requires different benches, and far more items to build them.This at the same time loot spawns reduced , so you need far more items, yet less loot. Food and water could be found often , and water bottles where full, now there empty plastic bottles and only way to get food is to hunt or fish, dont rely on hunting , game is too rare, but fishing, although boring does result in a couple of fish, and moving to a new spot if you want more. Weapons also severely nerfed, there where good spots.provided you killed near by enemies ,for good higher tier weapons. that has also been removed from game. Also the decent weapons you could find early on, also now very rare and lots have had power and range reduced. Lets talk about traders, totally poin…

Game had so much potential it just died and the owners don’t give a shiz

I've been playing this game off and on for years (since 2020), always hoping it gets better and it has only gotten worse. The cheaters ruin pvp, pve is SO boring, the ballistics are embarrassing, AI is horrible, the loot system is broken, just a bad game overall. You absolutely need a vehicle, and the main one is a 1950's looking motorcycle with zero animation. Might as well be a moving block. The durability depletes just as fast as the gas lol. Just drove around and checked everything for an hour and no repair torch in sight. It might be worth $5-10 bucks, MAYBE. Def not worth $25 or anywhere near that

Could have been just as big as RUST but sadly the devs fumbled this so hard with very easy fixes. They clearly only have one person on the dev team carrying everyone else. If you enjoy picking berries for hours in irl have fun but the real survivor players know SCUM is always the only true survival game on the market.

its a fun game and there is a lot to do.

nice game, good mechanics, big map with lots to do.
