Slay

its so damn loud

I've been playing this game since PocketSlay on Jornada 680. I've played the Windows version few years ago. Now, i've tested this game with my Steam Deck, Steam Machine and a laptop (Win11) . The game works well. It's an addictive game. The rules are very easy to understand. A really game handy game. * To fix: Closing the game using the red cross doesn't fully exit sometimes the game on the Windows version.I have to use the windowed close button. On SteamOS, the red cross works fine. * To improve in the next updates: text size is too small on any device. (surrender, end of move,...) Allow moving the map with arrow keys, instead of mouse drag only. With steam input with a controller it will be easy to setup these key. Some sounds are outdated, for this reason i have disabled all sounds :-( Please add Steam Cloud sync if easy to do.

This is a fun simple game. There's a nice learning curve at higher difficulties, but it's usually not too challenging. I really enjoy it to help pass some time and stretch my brain a little.

Awesome turn based strategy game, simple rules, hard to master, highly addictive.

Great game. Fun to play, and replay.

A blast from the past. I played this game in grade school, and I still come back to it for a quick challenge.
