Serment - Contract with a Devil

👎Cool Art but wasn't feeling the dungeons and story.

Serment - Contract with a Devil is an ambitious independent RPG that mixes visual novel storytelling with first-person dungeon exploration to create a surprisingly memorable adventure. Developed by Nkt Studio and published by Sekai Project, the game begins with an attention-grabbing premise: a young woman is revived after death through a pact with a devil, only to learn that her second chance at life comes with a steep price. She has a limited amount of time to settle her supernatural debt before the consequences catch up to her. While the setup hints at a grim and serious tale, Serment quickly establishes itself as a lighter and more character-focused experience, balancing fantasy themes with humor, friendship, and everyday activities. Much of the game's appeal lies in its cast. Rather than centering on a single protagonist, players gradually become acquainted with several heroines, each with their own personalities, motivations, and narrative paths. The story embraces familiar anime conventions, but it does so with enough sincerity that the interactions remain enjoyable. Character events are plentiful, and the inclusion of multiple endings encourages players to revisit the game …

Great game, its fun.
