About The Quarter Game
Meet Mayu Shirokawa! You can call her Mashiro! Today is her chance to grab the title as the CEO of the company she works for! How? Simple! Her CEO has been kidnapped. All she has to do is to save her CEO. Maybe the CEO will be convinced to give away the title at the end. But here's the catch. She's up against the deadliest black market dealers in the world. This means she'll have to fight crazy people with guns, mutated crab heads, and bio-engineered wolves! Players will be presented with a strange mixture of top-down hack 'n slash, beat 'em up, and bullet hell elements in this fast paced speedrunnable game.

- Get a cooler quarter and make it shine to reflect enemy projectiles!
- Play as a cute grill named Mashiro.
- Become a CEO of a company.
- Perform massive combos with your sword!

- Kill people (I mean everyone explodes, but please assume you only knock them out.)
- Adopt a cat (Sorry. In the span of the game's 24 hour development cycle, we played with someone's cat instead of making this feature. We are fools.)

It's a very simplistic indie shooting game that's fun to play but really shallow. Honestly, it's a good game for beginners to try speedrunning because the speedrun achievement is very forgiving. The graphics are cute but also a little goofy. I love the controls because constantly dashing, reflecting bullets and attacking is just fun. I ran through the whole thing with 100% achievements in 90 minutes and enjoyed my time playing it.
I bought it on sale for 3 quarters and the last quarter made an appearance in the game. Best 75 cents I ever spent, screw my morning coffee.

holy dopamine hit fun to find some movement tricks within the 15 mins or so
a really short, but charming game. i really like it.
Short, sweet and funny. Clearly made by people who love games.
