Cove Point Fun Center VR

Damn, this was a cool experience for its time. I missed out for many years and decided to grab this in 2024 as a checkout filler. I finally tried it this weekend, and it was surprisingly good. I have few complaints, but it does have some major issues. Pros: 1. Tons of content. You're looking at hours of content here if you take your time and experience everything. 2. The arcade environment is actually the least interesting environment in this game. There's tons more to explore! 3. Plenty of interactive toy objects, though I wish the game got updates to add more. Cons: 1. A bit of bait-and-switch since the arcade part of the game is very shallow. No way to add emulators to the cabinets either. 2. Everything outside of the VR-in-VR part of the game seems designed for multiplayer but there's no multiplayer. For example, the bowling experience is decent, but it's kind of pointless if you aren't playing with someone. 3. The game does not work with Index controllers and doesn't render properly on Vive Pro + Wireless. Looks fine on Quest 3 via VD but the controllers don't work properly.

A decent collection of mini-games, very cheap and ideal for a lockdown family evening or two. We particularly enjoyed the escape room, mini-golf and ocean life. Recommending as there's nothing scary here for kids, and the escape room has logical puzzles. Played on Reverb G2, no control issues.

This game takes me to my happy place. Think of a seaside arcade to goof around in. There's mini golf, which was the best part so far, and would be worth the price to me. You go around a pirate theme course and can even walk on a pirate ship or chillax underwater. It's really fun, and seems to have the best physics. There is also skeeball and basketball games, and bowling. I admit my ball never returned in bowling, but I'll also admit I'm so bad it jumped lanes and landed in another gutter. The escape room was fun though I didn't get the whole way through yet. And there are VR games I didn't even get to try yet. Also included are the random things like free sodas, pizza and instruments to fool around with. I enjoyed that the game contained so much variety, and if your on the fence I'd say get it. It's well worth the full price and played well on my Oculus Rift.

i have a core i5 and a gtx 1650 ti and the grafics look good but its very laggy and this is the dumb part... TURNING DOWN THE GRAFICS C R A S H E S THE GAME WTH also i cant even get into the arcade the game just crashes so even if i was fine with the lag i still couldent play the game so overal i will give this a 0/10 for preformance and a ?/10 for the game itself
