The spy who shot me™

I don't even know how I stumbled upon this gem of a game, either I was watching an older MoistCritical video or I just randomly came across it and thought to myself that it looks super similar to Agent 64: Spies Never Die, which should be coming out soon. Honestly, I have no idea, but one thing's for sure: for the €0.89 I bought it for, it's totally worth it. There are tons of funny situations, references, and jokes that had me pissing myself laughing, along with cool destruction mechanics and hilarious NPC reactions when you shoot them. On top of that, the game has a great cartoonish design, even if a bit faded and plenty of locations you visit throughout the campaign. USA, Jamaica, Switzerland... it was beautiful. You get a solid selection of weapons, from the basic pistol to shotguns, SMGs, snipers, and revolvers. But you'll mostly end up using the pistol, shotgun, and SMG, with the revolver popping up from time to time. What you won't see much of is the sniper or the grenade launcher, because the sniper forces you to slow down while enemies shoot fast and hit like a truck, and the grenade launcher is inaccurate (plus grenades in this game have a massive explosion radius). While the controls are a little floaty and can be real annoying The Spy Who Shot me is a fun time and the perfect length.

I'd buy that for a dollar! No but seriously I got this on sale for a little over a dollar and was thoroughly satisfied with it, the levels were fun to play and fairly diverse, the humor was pretty good and I'm a sucker for these retro looking games. I will say that the gun play was okay all things considered, but probably could've been a little better. Still, I hope to see more out of Agent 7!

a very nice boomer shooter and similer to the agent 64 spie never die game but with a brit accent while you play it. very fun game to try out and play

The check points are ruining this for me. I hate a FPS without quick save. Maybe I'll come back another time. ----- Reading reviews just confirmed what I already knew. This game sucks. Bummer.
