✦ AI summary

Players appreciate the anime aesthetic and the creative concept of reimagining Minesweeper as an exploration-based game, but most find the execution disappointing with slow, unintuitive gameplay and poor controls that make it feel tedious rather than engaging. The game has a few fans who enjoy the relaxed, puzzle-focused approach, but the majority feel it fails to make Minesweeper compelling enough to sustain interest.

The anime bits look nice otherwise this is a pretty boring spin off of Minesweeper. Not that Minesweeper was ever really an exciting game. I mean most of us played Solitaire instead right?

At first glance, it resembles a classic tile-based puzzle game inspired by Minesweeper, but it quickly reveals itself to be something much more ambitious. Instead of merely clearing a board and avoiding hidden hazards, players participate in tactical battles where uncovering tiles generates mana that can be spent on attacks and abilities. This fusion of puzzle-solving and competitive combat gives the game a distinct identity, offering an experience that feels unlike most titles available on Steam. The game's mechanics are deceptively deep. Every numbered tile serves as a clue, encouraging players to make calculated decisions while keeping an eye on their opponent's actions. Success relies on pattern recognition, risk assessment, and efficient resource management. The mana system adds an engaging layer of strategy, forcing players to decide whether to save energy for stronger attacks or use it immediately to maintain momentum. An interesting take on Minesweeper. It took me a while to realize that wandering the map was safe though.

Controls are a mess, boring gameplay and terrible music.
