[h1] Not again [/h1] It's yet another unity asset flip, called Minicar Race Creator. As usual some of the tracks are the exact same as seen in other games on steam, most likely because this template already offers multiple, already pre built, tracks. As was the case with Night racer, as the name implies, [b]the races are now set...you guess it...SPACE![/b] the developer simply transported these tracks made with wooden bridges and asphalt roads to the empty void of space, by switching the background color from blue to black. And there you have it. [h3]If you want to pull the rug on them, steal a sequel idea. Simply buy the template, paint the sky orange and call it Sunset Racer.[/h3] Also [b] the camera is placed pointing slightly downwards [/b] either let me see what comes after a slope or zoom out the camera. Strap your self in for some fun in this fun & great indie racing game. Pick & customize your car then set of on multiple tracks to try and prove your the best racer & win money to upgrade your car.

This is a cute Mario Kart styled racing game. Lots of potential here. Yes, there's not a lot of content, but the developers are early in their cycle, and there's space for improvement. You can buy upgrades to the cars as you finish races, and the variety in the cars is fun. I haven't played multiplayer yet. I normally don't play multiplayer, and for this game I might.

I think that, for it's price, this is a good little racer. With cross-play there's a decent amount of potential here, especially for those people who are on the go. The game's GUI is designed to fit universally into each platform. This works well on mobile devices, but can come off as a little lackluster on PC where we're accustomed to more full-featured designs. The game itself runs smooth on both my desktop and laptop and the tracks I've tried out are all pretty well designed. I'd love to see more creative pickups in the future as well as more car customization options (decals, rims, etc.). Admittedly, not the type of game I would normally be inclined to pick up, but I'm thankful to the devs for giving me the opportunity to take it for a spin. This would be great for someone with kids who has a variety of devices that it can be cross played on.
