Fun arcade racer taking inspiration from Hang On. Bare bones but the course race is solid! UPDATE: First off, I forget to cut games off at night occasionally so the hours for this game are admittedly quite inflated. That said, have put in a lot more time into this very fun throwback racer! I've grown to love checkpoint racers like this more than ever and this game while very straightforward, does it EXCELLENTLY! There are six different stages but there are various courses within I believe. Either way I always just play the long course checkpoint modes in these types of racers and this has a great one! The 6 basic courses that have several laps contained within each, then they are all combined into one giant 6 environment course for the game's ultimate challenge. Bonus points go to the simple controls. Its only accelerate and brake and as a result you can play on anything. I use an arcade stick and its a blast hitting left and right on the joystick at the last possible second!2 found this helpful
Game is alright, can be beat in around an hour, less if you have a little luck and skill to avoid hitting a bike on course 5 or 6 especially as I failed those a bit too much and got pretty frustrated. I got it for $1, the lowest it ever goes, almost tempted to refund after beating (though I have a long run of all 36, roughly 30 second second stages remaining), but I suppose it's worth a buck for an hour+ entertainment with some light frustration. The time limits on stages are pretty dang tight, so hitting a bike can easily be just enough to cause to you fail, gets pretty stinking frustrating when that happens since at times it's hard to gauge where the rider is left to right on the road as you rocketing around a corner, and lifting off the throttle unnecessarily isn't going to cut it either.
This game made me more racist.
Nice little game. Nothing extra. Worth its money. Reminds me of Lotus on DOS from 1993.
Not a bad game, but there is not enough content for the price.
I got to the city but didn't receive an achievement for beat The Forest.
