About Judgement
Navigate a morally complex narrative where your choices determine who lives, dies, or exists in the shadows, supported by fluid combat and branching storylines that create thousands of unique outcomes. Each playthrough unfolds differently as you grapple with thought-provoking decisions that challenge your sense of right and wrong, both in-game and beyond.
Judgement is a story-driven, decision-making adventure game, where your Judgement can mean the difference between life, death, or somewhere in between. It's a game of morality and how gray it can be. In addition to a polished combat system, Judgement features a dynamic story where each decision leads to a different outcome in the game. In all, there are thousands of different combinations of choices the player can make, so each player (or playthrough) will have a different experience and a different ending.
The game is trickled with collectible notes, which offer food for thought when it comes to decisions that the player will make, or already has made, in the game or in real life.
Judgement, in its first form, was created when the designer was at the angsty age of 15. The perspectives and themes have their origins in a 15-year old boy trying to tell a story. It's been worked on here and there and has reached the point that it's at today.

It's an hour long at best (pending if you bother to read the notes and explore, 20 minutes if you just plow through the 3 areas in the game. Abandoned as well, so no Part 2. Several bugs, the worst being the commentary tracks aren't loaded properly, so I can't hear what they had to say about each pretentious scene. The three areas you explore determine three checklists that are explained at the end, with two of them being reports you can't change even if you wanted to. Combat is okay, too simple to recommend over the weak story they wanted to make as of Part 1. They gave an example of Part 2 and so far it was the exact same scene in one of the areas that you have to repeat, but this time the "wrong" decision is the right one for that character. It's a lame attempt at a joke they even mention in one of the notes...the butterfly effect. I would not recommend buying this, but if free via a flash site, it's a decent time waster.8 found this helpful
This game is one of a kind... Despite being really harsh in making you make choices (hah), the game is somehow addicting. And I really hope no one would ever have to face something like those in real life. There is no sence in talking a lot about graphics and music, but I'd say they are both good enough. The notes scattered around the game make you think. Moreover, at least for me, they were similar to some of my own ideas (and I sure hope that doesn't make me a maniac). I wouldn't recommend "Judgement'' to everybody, but it's a pretty decent choice if you like something unusual and unnerving. If you are up for this, then you should definitely get the game. As for me... Well, I have a slight hope for the second part. So thanks, devs.3 found this helpful
I have to admit, I did enjoy playing the game. But I still dont get the notes on the side. But if you ask me, the game isn't worth the price. For me it does not have enough playtime in it. 08-06-20172 found this helpful
Tags: Adventure - Topdown & RPGMaker Additional Tags: Delete Local Content & Remove from Library TLDR: Even as a favor for a friend, I would not play this game. Many outstanding issues. Summary: I played for about two minutes, got spawned in a map with a bunch of cut off corridors because "must get katana from house" go in house, push spacebar (apprently the interact button for this Xbox360 deficient p.o.s.) everywhere and nothing is interactable, even the staircases (!). Seriously. Removed for decluttter. Additional Issues: -Game does not fullscreen correctly -Cheap flat assets -Tutorial was one screen of poorly presented walltext1 found this helpful
The description of this game is honest, and it really shows in the game. 'Judgement, in its first form, was created when the designer was at the angsty age of 15. The perspectives and themes have their origins in a 15-year old boy trying to tell a story.', however I think it is dishonest to truly say it has developed beyond that point. Within this game, story is primarily told to you through various notes, rather expositional diatribes which I certainly could see myself having written when I was 15. However as such, they are abstract or completely separate from what the game is trying to be, which makes them frankly comical because there's no cohesion - which again, I guess makes the description honest of it being a 15 year old who started the making of it. The game lasts about an hour of play time, which four 4 pounds is alright I guess, but then I've bought games for less with more substance both in quality and quantity, so make of that what you will. The movement in this game is typical of the style, along with the combat, it really suits everything you rather expect from the screenshots demonstrated on the product page. The static screens, where decisions or impactful mo…
