I love this charming little game. Its short, sweet, creative. I like the little song at the end too.

Always a light fun time with the friends. Was shocked and devastated
when I outplayed the terrible lute bard and found him hanging in the woods with a note pointing me as the cause
. Sometimes failures are unexpected and funny and other times it wrecked so many things, even to the end. Only wish I could adjust the volume when streaming for friends T.T

A simple, short, and fun party game to play with a pal or two - forebodingly chanting THE YAWHG is half of the fun. The atmosphere built up from the writing and illustrations is wonderfully unique.

A short but ultimately enjoyable experience with a decent amount of replayability, The Yawhg is a game that at times can feel like the setup to something more - but ultimately, is the product of a focused vision and a very short time-scale. It's similar to a visual novel in many ways, but instead of a grand and expansive narrative and established characters, there's more of a... small-scale approach. You're able to read through everything and finish a single run (with minimum two characters) in about 7 minutes or so in my experience, which is certainly a lot shorter than I was expecting. It's hard to explain exactly what this game really is. It's kind of a narrative game, but it has a very short and clear narrative. It's got a lot of endings, but they don't always seem to vary based on your own decisions. You're presented with choices in a manner similar to Long Live The Queen, but there's not nearly as much payoff or investment. Don't get me wrong, it's a solid title and worth a purchase on sale, but it's not really something you can play for hours and get a lot out of, just because there's not a lot there.

Delightful, clever, and strangely addicting. I keep coming back this one.
